Hi. I'm not usually a person who comment's on KZbin videos but I'm classed as a essential worker, so I'm working crazy hours and getting little down time. However, when I do I love to watch your videos as do many of my colleagues. In fact we all watch together on our breaks if we can. It gives us a chance to mentally recharge and get back at it. !!! i just started this level this morning, had to hand over the PC to the next housemate, only to discover this stream! i bought Two Point in a sale after watching these streams. HOSPITAL LAYOUT IS EASILY THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF THIS GAME! i've restarted this level three times JUST because i (and my patients) were struggling with my inadequate tetris-fu.

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES! 1. GP offices do not treat patients & will default, despite settings on other hospitals you've built, to requiring patients to return to GPs AFTER diagnosis before treatment. 2. aim for one diagnosis room for every 2 GP offices & dedicate the building/s closest to reception for them. 2. wards and psychiatry can diagnose AND treat patients: when your diagnosis queues get long, dedicate those closest to reception ONLY to diagnosis & those further away to ONLY treatment. 3. pharmacies are treatment rooms - when you buy your second building, edit & move them with your clinics. 4. keep an eye on where your crowds are: are patients and staff clogging up in any corridors or junctions? queues for machines or entertainment may be blocking staff or patients earlier in line from getting into rooms. tetris-fu to abate the clusters! 5. rather than editing a room & so booting its inhabitants out, select the room and then ITEMS in the room's panel. this is handy for increasing prestige later on. 6. bathrooms can be too narrow for plants while sinks and doors block wall decorations - toilets have no such problem so pop posters on the walls there. 7. medicine cabinets (bought with kudosh points) can go in both diagnosis and treatment rooms & will boost the skills of both. hope these are helpful! :D

Startopia. It came out seventeen years earlier and is superior in every possible way. Not only can you diagnose bizarre medical conditions; you manage an entire space station, including a biodeck where you grow and harvest all the resources you need to run your station (except energy). There's an adorable raccoon-frog-cat called a Memau that will turn into a ravaging black monstrosity if you let it eat too much garbage. If you kill one, you can research its corpse. There's a carnival ride that is literally a wheel of Fallopian tubes that suck people up and spin them around. You can recycle dead bodies and turn them into useful energy. Jane. Play Startopia. Also it's multiplayer.

Damn, why didn't I see that stream when it was still streaming? I would have loved to see it live and join the chat, although I was still working then anyway. Now it's keeping me from going to sleep. Well, after the first few minutes so far I can say, that when I am talking about a weekend, the day after a weekend always is Monday and the day before a weekend is a Friday, regardless of how long the weekend actually was.😉 About half an hour in now, and I really wish I'd seen that mayhem live.🤣So much things that could have been said in the chat, and definitely time to sleep now. Ah well, just a few more minutes. And as a final update on this comment, the "few more minutes" lasted to 1h13min in the video, aka 3:40 in the morning. So far nothing a big mug of coffee can't fix, although I see a OD on coffee coming up today. And I just bought the game on steam, am going to try it out in my lunch break today. Too bad there's no DLC to put Jane in there, commenting on everything. ;)
