Another great stream! A good strategy is to focus most staff on one thing or at most two things. Treatment + Genetics or Diagnostics + Genetics but not Research also. This is tough to do when so many hires have conflicting skills. So I just do my best with it and have fun. Just enough min-maxing to be successful but not so much that it gets boring.

Fun fact: denim genes is kind of a real condition. Obviously it isn't called like that, but there used to be a group of people in the US in the early 20th century, who had blue skin due to are rare gene. Remember folks, Mittens Hospital is your research central. As research carries across to all hospitals you can set up Mittens (Why Mittens? Because it is your first research location and you can fully kit it out with level 5 researchers without too much problem) to do it for you. As soon as another hospital asks you to research something, pop back over to Mittens, get it done in the minimum time required and then head back to the current hospital. Edit: This also means you don't need to build any labs or train/hire research doctors anywhere else leaving your resources for diagnosis and treatment.
