Australia is the same. 2 party systems are broken as.. They give you the illusion of choice when in reality you have none. There is some hope though, Independents are getting more and more votes every election. Vote in your primary election. I've had good candidates in my primary election every year going on 10 years but they tend to lose to people with more money...
