New Sub here. Very nice job on the video. Very clear I especially like the the info on the screen after each catch. Tight Lines!

Thank you so much for subscribing. I am trying to share as much information I can share so people will know where they can catch these Pompanos and what time. When my wife and I were learning how to fish, we had to wake up at 4am and drive hours and hours to get to Playalinda then end up driving back home empty handed. We found out later that we can catch these Pompanos here in Skyway Bridge and it is only 25 -35 minutes away from our house.

Between #18 and 19 that’s where they are more active. This kid went home around 2pm with 5 keepers with him. He caught 6 Friday on that same spot.

Were you in northside pier?
@AntonioSolangon4 ай бұрын
I was on the south side. Look for #18 and # 19. Pompanos are more active on that area I believe since Friday. Look for the first temporary bathroom next to Scuba Steve foodtruck. You would try both sides. Better yet if Steve (the owner of the foodtruck) is around please ask him where people are catching Pompanos. He would know everything. He is a very friendly very very nice guy. Good luck!

Nice catching on the pompano I thought you are Filipino my wife is Filipino and I’ve been wanting to get there and fish for pompano and snapper and mackerel

@@wheeledo Yes sir! I was born and race in the Philippines. I immigrated to the U.S. on February 1992. I will be turning 58 in January next year. I am thinking of retiring to the Philippines and go back to basics. Farming is on my mind but my safety is my concern plus I heard it is too hot over there. So I am looking to buy some land here in the U.S. where I can do some farming and maybe raise some chicken. Currently I am working full time as an IT professional.
