Yep, he was even in a band called Generation X. One of the songs they had was Dancing With Myself, which Billy basically made a cover of when he went solo. The only difference between those versions of the songs are in the Gen. X version it had more rough punk guitar riffs and the ending is different.

I was only age 6-7when this 1st came out. So, even though I enjoyed it, I didn’t get to really enjoy for quite a few yrs later. 😉🥰 I’m lucky enough to have an older brother who graduated in 88. So I got to not only hear his & his friends boom 💥 boxes with all the best metal etc etc. But MTV was still Music Television!
