All of this “self” content has me stuck in a little box where I’m terrified of my thoughts, actions, ideas, other people, myself. It’s gotten to point where I wish I’d just die already because doing so much change while still taking care of business and trying to connect with others is so stressful, I feel like I’m going to collapse.

Hi Erin. It's important you know that it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed by change and the amount of information out there. When this happens, it's usually a sign for you to take the pressure off yourself and slow down, it's ok to be as you are. Adding the work of trying to change on top of what you have going on right now may be too much. If you do desire change, approach it slowly and only when you have the energy to do so. Change takes time and trying to force it can lead to some of the feelings you're experiencing. With that said, I obviously do not know your situation or what challenges you're facing, nor am I qualified to give you the best advice that can truly help you. If you are feeling at your wits' end then I encourage your to call the national Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing "988". There are people who can help, who can hear what you're going through in detail and give you more specific advice that will give you a clearer path to follow. You are loved. You are enough as you are. And as difficult as things are right now, they can get better.
