I have loved butter chicken since elementary school when my first ‘boyfriend’ Balbir invited me home for dinner. It was very spice hot but so good. Now I need a quick aloo gobi recipe. My second fav Indian food.

That's about 3 Butter Chicken vids of yours that I've watched and I still haven't made it. Everytime I watch a vid with butter chicken I don't have any chicken on hand and since I only go to town once every two weeks I forget by the time I go shopping. I better fix that.

Can you use GHEE instead of Butter. GHEE is Clarified Butter.
