Yea, sin sucks, it's only there to keep you away from god. We will always fall short of gods glory, for as long as we live. But we should not let that discourage us from getting up and staying in prayer. Living with god is truly amazing, the times i did not were some of my worst years. I was wasting it on lust, validation and doing nothing, going though those expiernces helped me see what god has for me and the people around me and i found a sense of purpose being to have relationship with Christ and being born to be tested for the day i leave this earth and also to serve Christ in any ways i can.

If somebody is sinning willfully with abandon they are NOT saved. People think you just have to say one prayer one time and you can live any way you want. This is a lie of the devil.

Yes absolutely. There's a big difference between falling short and sinning willfully.

@@jessciple it terrifies me how many preachers for example southern baptists say "you only need to believe" and you can basically live how ever you want and get into heaven "no repentance required." When repentance is the MOST important part.

@@jessciple If all you needed was to believe the devil would be in heaven for "the devil believes, and trembles". mention the thief on the cross parable too. two other sinners next to Jesus one repented and one refused. They both knew he was the son of god.
