I like Roe Deer when I can find it. I found a good source awhile back, the fellow provided a map of the Hyde so that I could order the hair from the correct part of the body! That way I could order the right pieces and he would cut out what I needed. Turned out great.

Hi Davie Great looking fly after all this time you still amaze me with tricks and tips on tying. It is truely a joy watching ty. I have had a bit of computer problem as of late so I had some catching up to do on your videos and it was great sitting and watching the new videos you have posted.That is way you havent heard from me in awhile but we are all fixed up now. This is an Awesome fly!! I know this fly will work great here in Holland. I'm going to tie up a half dozen now.. I think I might have to fly out to you Dave and take some classes!! lol..

awesome Davie, what eathafoam do you use for the detatched body on this wee beastie, might be a bit hard to do it in compitition sizes but I'll give it a bash, ATB
