I personally think the short guest verses on Sticky works because the song is pretty much a college stepping anthem. And steps usually have short refrains.

I’m so glad you took extra time to patch together your thoughts on this album, because it’s a dense one that took me a few listens to fully click with. It’s definitely one of his best, though!

Mark is such a good reviewer. He illustrates the thoughts that I’m not smart enough to illustrate myself.

I feel comfortable calling this Tyler's best album. I definitely have less issues with his delivery than Mark, and that with the arc and content feels just so complete and compelling. It's one of my favorites of the year already, and I can only see more time cementing that feeling.

I was cold on this album right as it came out, but with time, I have started to really like it. I thought Sticky was great on release though. Those horn hits rip.

Are you not reviewing the new Vampire Weekend album because you are scared to admit you were wrong about them? Just curious
@ZeroSugarReviews18 күн бұрын
He’s most likely not reviewing him due to the article/allegations about Ezra Koenig, he usually vetoes artists with allegations against them.

How bout you listen to the album yourself and make your own review?
@andrewbianchi129418 күн бұрын
not sure what's the goal with being smug and presumptuous about his opinion on vampire weekend either... he's not gonna read your comment and suddenly go "oh my god you're so right! i was wrong and stupid and that album is amazing and perfect"

Considering some of their albums aren’t even that good, I’m pretty sure he’s not the wrong one here. 🙄

Oh no I’m here early on an artist whom I’ve never heard before. Lemme review it without knowing it: P: Keyboard solos were amazing P: The song about a grocery store closing was heart wrenching C: No mention of “mustard man” C: They didn’t shoutout Spectrum Pulse. All in all, a 23/61
