LOVED the disclaimers, so refreshing as many exotics definitely aren't for the average keeper. Also really don't get why people would get offended by the name Gypsy? Being half Romanian and having actual gypsy ancestors I see zero reason for people to take offense other than the desire to be triggered. Keep up the good work!

Ella Spence It has become one over time, but most of the Romani I know do not use it as such nor find it to be one. It can be used as an insult, but that is not what the word traditionally was and I feel many take offense to the term not even realizing how that word has evolved. I was merely saying as someone not only of Romanian descent but knowing that my ancestors were gypsies or wanderers and also understanding the prejudice and ignorance that caused the term gypsy to become one with negative connections I see no reason to be offended by him having a pet with that name. It seems needless.

As a former Flemish giant owner, it's safe to say that they are one of the nicest buns you will ever own. At one point, I had about 30(among other breeds,I was a breeder), and I've never had a single problem with them. But as the name implies, they get big. The average weight for an adult Flemish is 15-20+ lbs. They have about 6 different coat color variations, mine were all steel gray, blue, and black. If you choose to have one as an indoor pet, you do need to bun proof your house as they can chew a chords and furniture.

About your disclaimer... after seeing your videos, and Taylor's videos, and Emzotic's videos, I'm pretty sure I'd never get more than 3 or 4 animals tops 😂 it is way too much work. Otherwise you wouldn't have material for weekly videos. So, yeah, don't worry. I'll never get that many pets.

I had so many issues watching the spiders. However, I love your collection of reptiles. I was so shocked at your cute little Carpet python. Growing up in the remote-ish tropical areas (of Australia) my dad was a wildlife carer and would collect 9ft long carpet pythons to remove ticks and such. I love snakes. Definitely my favourite animals. Would love to get a Ball python when I get my license. But I also love Blue tongue lizards.

spotted pythons are aloud (i'm aussie) though if you want a childrens python, I'd recommend a stimpsons python. they generally have nicer colours/patterns and a better temperament to the spotteds, who are known as the least friendly of the childrens pythons. my first snake was a Stimsons. she died young due to burns from a heat mat, but she was so sweet. Childrens pythons don't get big either, so they're great as first snakes. Lizards are a little more difficult to look after, since they need to be fed daily, while snakes only every week or so (many vary from snake to snake) I'd love a brazillian rainbow boa, but most of the snakes you see the American pet youtbers have are illegal here. no ball pythons, corn snakes, garter snakes, boas, retics ect.

My aunt had an African grey named Jake. His favorite things to say were “I’m Jake, want a beer?” And in a very proud voice “I’m a pigeon!” So he was definitely a character. He did live with his parents got all his money from them too , I personally know this guy .. through my family I am related to him by marriage.

I enjoyed watching all your pets. I'm 33 and have never lived without some form of four legged, feathered, scaled, furry animal. I currently have two birds. A Tiel and a quaker, and I am looking toward getting a different breed of parrot in the near future. Just gotta make sure I choose the right one for me.

Omg, i have a zoo like you. Sorry i keep commenting on all of your videos, im just shook that we are so alike. I have way more than 30 tho. I stay at home too and it is work but so awesome. Many of mine are rescues so i will definitely rescue many more. Im at 47 right now and in the fall I'll have 49 pets. In fairness, i have 20 rescue cats. I love animals and a lot of people get pets they cant really care for so i open my home to any animal that needs a loving home. I have bought some of them,of course but i try to do rescue instead. Having a class 3 and class 2 permit helps me to be able to take on so many different babies. You're such an awesome pet dad, im obsessed with your channel.
