I actually have the first product and I'll say that 1) anything less than 3 eggs won't work and 2) it loses it's nonstick quality after about 10 uses. Also, you're supposed to cook it for a minute and a half, quickly flip, then microwave for another 45 seconds. That's why it looked undercooked.

you can actually use the omelet machine to make a sandwich. i made steak and cheese sandwiches, by cooking the steakums one in each side. when i flipped it to cook the other side, i added my cheese on top. the put the slices from each side on bread i had toasted, with some mayo. so good my friend, so good! if you want to then press it, i have a hot dog maker machine, i stick sandwiches in it, and it toasts and presses them. you can make cakes and all kinds of good stuff in that omelet maker!

The third part you reviewed. If you flipped the pan closed when you added the ham would probably give you the omelet you want stuck together while the egg is still wet. My need additional cook time but worth a try.

I feel like the microwave one would work a lot better if you cracked an additional egg into it after microwaving it. Then close it, combining each half. Then microwave it again. That way you’d probably get a single omelet instead of 2 halves.

so i used to have a similar omelet maker to the elite gourmet one, i believe it was called the ez-express or something of the sorts but it claimed that it could even cook little single serving cakes, i swear it also said it would do something else too maybe like cornbread or brownies or oh i think it was pot pies lmao

I had that first one and used it daily to make egg white omelettes every night, I would put the egg whites in with a can of mushrooms and a little bagged bacon from Costco and then when done I put some 505 green chilli on it and it was VERY GOOD!!! But after eating those daily for over a year I am sick of them

If you take a bowl and fill it half full with water, Don't crack the egg and just place it in the water then put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. When the egg comes out, when you crack it and when you pour it out it creates this really cool omelette like "substance". Just enough time to add in ham or something before it hardens
