I'm 40. Sept. 22nd in hospital 3 days with DKA. I also have Lupus (2019- take hydroxychloroquine). I'm on 18u 24h, plus meal time, hospital released me with some metfirmin as well. IM CONVINCED T1D, my family Dr. Thinks T2D. Have 2 girls, 6 & 11. Gestational with both but with the 2nd (2018) I actuality had to use insulin pen injections. Went away. Fast forward to now and here I am. Please please please what is the name of the test that would absolutely clarify this. And... ARE THE ANA'S THEY TEST FOR LUPUS THE SAME ANA'S THEYD TEST FOR DIABETES??????
