I think his string popped as he passed behind Peter and it hit him in the ass. Can hear he's missing a string in the last solo and he's playing a scale up to make up for it in the middle.
@DavidCasale3 жыл бұрын
@@Nga_Babaye Strings don't fly out when they pop. They just kinda pop and tension is lost and it flops. I think what was going on, as you can see early on, Josh's cage fell, and most the first 15 minutes was Peter trying to find his Bass sound. I think Pete was wondering what happened to the cage and Kenny filled him in lol

william nicholas I went to the Phoenix show on this tour, probably in 5-6th grade with my father. I went to see Cradle and I left that evening an immediate fan of ToN and shortly after lost interest in COF. I've been to a lot of great shows since then but I've never been so immediately impressed by a band. Still listening to them. RIP Peter
@wyldweasil5 жыл бұрын
at the time it was different priorities, Cradle Of Filth was Roadrunner's new signee and Type O just fulfilled their contract and was no longer a priority to the label, so the top billing was to basically herald their new signing as somewhat of a replacement for the departing band. I don't think it worked, considering shortly after the industry began a massive downfall
@ericsyre94185 жыл бұрын
Sales always dictate who's headlining. I guess COF were a bigger act at the time, selling more records and tickets.

I came to see both bands which were my two favs at the time with them botth being in my top 5. I admit that my initial reaction to type o opening was like wtf. But cradle had just done ozzfest and just got signed to sony (correct my if im wrong) so there star was on the rise so to speak. Plus sonically they were louder and more rowdy and there could have been that fear of them blowing type o off the stage so they made cradle go on last. Either way it was a awesome show. Plus moonspell opened

I feel like this band was and is so underrated. I’m from Europe and I moved to the USA in 2002. One day going to work I was driving my ex husband truck and I can’t recall if I forgot my cd’s or what( I hate the radio),and there was this cd in the car seat …. I popped it in and I immediately fell in love . It was type o negative. His friend forgot his cd in the truck. Since then. I have been a fan.for some reason he reminds me ( Peter) and me and my dad s personality.( it might be an Italian thing),very sarcastic, very opinionated, we believe what we believe,hard headed to the max.he reminds me a lot of European people . Anyways I adore this band their music was unique and special and their own brand and it came from passion for it and from their hearts.
