TYROLIT now offers a complete PREMIUM*** polishing program for angle grinders. The well-aligned assortment includes "Conditioning"-flap discs, "Unitized" compact discs, flap discs made of felt and appropriate polishing pastes. The applications are numerous: from corrections of surface damages to maintenance works of aircraft turbines to the finish of medical instruments.
PREMIUM*** CONDITIONING
PREMIUM*** CONDITIONING removes last scratches on the processed surface. Specially designed to obtain best results at high rotation speeds even with non-adjustable angle grinders. The multidimensional structure of the flaps reduces clogging and loading down to a minimum. Moreover, due to their low heat generation they prevent unwanted discolorations on the surface. Furthermore the noise exposure is notably minimized; this is economically significant when working continuously: the user can distribute his performance constantly over the day.
PREMIUM*** PRE-POLISH
Prepolishing with PREMIUM*** PRE-POLISH enables an excellent surface close to mirror finish. In this step surfaces are perfectly prepared for polishing. The "Unitized" compact disc fits to the shape of the workpiece and is due to its solid construction qualified for long-term use.

PREMIUM*** POLISH creates a perfect mirror finish. Different polishing pastes allow processing of various materials such as steel, stainless steel and nonferrous metals. The highly flexible flap structure follows the shape of a workpiece and ensures an ideal heat distribution. The thereby gained cool grinding avoids unwanted discolorations.
