For Junk Shield, I’ve been using Vault Steel Scrap. Won’t drop on death, probably won’t accidentally use it, it isn’t tradable, and 100 pieces weighs only 1 pound

​@@TYRYT I find using vamps (holy fire) and vamps (exp) gat plasma the only time my health drops is when I'm hit during a reload (full health non PA). When I used AA I had to carefully watch my health bars. Worth a thought??

Feeding the gauss minigun is a real pain in the ass. If the raid actually helped replenish a good amount of the ultracite 2mm that I used I’d be all for it but I can’t really recommend using it long term.

RE: Junk Shield The medium material box from the Atom shop that is sometimes free gives 10% DR per box from what I can see, doesn’t drop if you die and doesn’t auto scrap. I’m not sure of the weight per box though. Also, Vault steel works 1 steel for 1%, very low weight, doesn’t drop on death, doesn’t break down into regular materials, but it will “scrap” into the FO1st crafting stash, just have to pick it back up. Edit: it’s proper name is Medium Vault-Tec Supply Package, and its weight is .1 per package.

For perks like first aid, I’m surprised people consider the changes to be nerfs. Card advantage is huge, having more spaces for perks in categories like intelligence which has a lot of opportunity cost 3-5 ranked cards is massive. I consider first aid to be hugely buffed, it now potentially does 2-3x more with less. The only one that was truly nerfed was adamantium skeleton

Junk shield can also be quite nice upto 116 energy and physical dr for carrying junk, vault steel and legendary modules count so you don't have to worry about losing the junk either Vault steel weighs alot less

I adapted your 2.0 build for full health NON power armour heavy using a stock holy fire and vampires gat plasma. Secret service with overeats, sentinels and wwr I'll solo defend the drill while the other three get the cans. The only probs I have is the acid / poison in the crystal room Gotta keep an eye and spam stims Can't get emough 90%rw yet so bloody power armour guy is using strength instead of endurance on PA. Looking forward to trying this adaptation out. Cheers

I would change "first aid" with "born survivor", simply because 1 point isn't too mutch and born survivor is basically the auto-stim mod but with more than half cooldown It saved me tons of times in the raid, expecially in case i forget to stim myself or i can't (gatling plasma blocks you from stim while still spinning)

Very new Your "best defensive perk" is useless in Pa in almost of the builds, expecially if you play bloodied Stimpack are not %of your life heal, they heal a precise number of hp, and with PA base reduction, emergency protocols, and all the other perks it's basically useless accelerating stimpack speed

I'm so glad they changed Life Giver. 40 health for 4 points was never really worth imo, I just took it because there was nothing like it. Now its really good. I get 112 health for 2 perk points without any food/aid buffs and without any Endurance on armor. Finally I feel good slotting Life Giver.

There is a much easier way to activate junk shield, use a medium vault-tec supply crate we get free weekly from daily logins, it weights 0.1 and has 160 items inside, also because an atom shop item doesn't drop on death.

Remove nerd rage and adrenal reaction mutation, boom full health build. Also don't use emergency protocols and obviously switch from bloodied weapons to like AA or something. Build should be golden and still max damage output for a full health build if you aren't satisfied, try getting some temporary buffs like chems and bobbleheads, psychobuff/big guns/energy bobbleheads

No. Damage reduction is always better than damage resistance. The amount of damage resistance bolstering adds to Power Armor also has diminishing returns.

For a very easy way to boost luck, just cook some possum meat. That'll give you 5 extra luck for almost nothing. It's now in my regular food rotation after this update.

Just a question about health. I see in the game clip that your health is getting refilled as soon as your hit. Is this due to manually using stim packs or the goolish perk. I seem to struggle regenerating health without either using vampires or stimpacks.

Is sentinels still bugged? One issue people were having was it would occasionally negate dr and allow full damage into player. I didnt notice the issue on my unarmed bulld with cavaliers so that seems to work when sprinting.

Does anyone have any ideas for how to reduce chems weight with this build? I want to try it out but my current set of armor has 5 pieces of thru hikers and without it I have about 500 space worth of chems. I would just try to put thru hikers on this set but I want to try sentinels since it seems pretty important. Normally I'd just equip traveling pharmacy but since this build takes up all the strength points that's not really an option. If anyone knows of other ways I could reduce chem space I'd really appreciate any advice .

I don't have all t65 pa, no extra 3stars and none 4stars that's y I haven't done the new raids. I'm not a big money spender to get stuff...I try challenges and other ways but dont have full sets yet. Don't have some perk cards so I'm probably not gonna be able to complete raids unless someone picks me up constantly 😂. What about that VATS Build for raids? Maybe that one I can put together!? A few tips for catching up rank150+ on score get perk points until you can get your legendary cards maxed, also run public events, encryptid and nuke zones often for legendary modules, also remember check camps selling mods you can get some mods fairly cheap to help builds.

Question? I have the exact point distribution in special points. I also have E S L all maxed out. With that said my special's are S=42 P=22 E=23 C=25 I=36 A=35 L=30 , My question is why can I not get E to = 29 like in your build guild? I took off all my unyielding armor and no power armor on either...my perk card slots all match yours in the video.... S=15 P=2 E=15 C=9 I=14 A=8 L=8 HP=69/547

Zero traveling pharmacy and thru-hikers really makes this build a quality of life nightmare. I would highly recommend having FDC on the 3rd star of your power armor.
