I was thinking about building this deck - I'd add Orochi Eggwatcher, Time of Need (we NEED Seshiro), Wasteland Viper (a snake and a combat trick), Shaman of Forgotten Ways (It's a shaman for Sachi, a way to win in one turn AND another creature with an S as the first letter in the name). I figure a few ways to give the unblockable snakes Hexproof would go a long way. Thanks Wedge for this great video!

I built my deck around Kaseto pumping himself and being a win condition. basically it plays a good amount of disruption and an insane amount of spells that give me extra lands. it's basically g/u control. I also play token generators and ways to gain life and stay in the game as well as plenty of card draw. just gonna put this out there Kaseto + scytheclaw = fun

Excellent video to watch for my birthday. As for what I did for my tribal snake I didn't add sword of feast and famine. I saw that it gets troublesome to equip and unepuip gets tiresome. Prophet of Kruphix and Murkfiend Liege add some good synergy and helps you flash in snakes.

This deck seems great, the only two things I'd change is that I'd want a hooded hydra (because snake hydra) and prophet of kruphix in the deck. I know, I know, prophet isn't a snake, but it's soooooooooo good and let's you use Kaseto to pump snakes on defence in addition to offence.

I've always had a soft spot for snake tribal. I narrowly missed Top 8 of Regionals that year with a BUG snake tribal deck. I started off 5-0 and literally lost my 6th game to forgetting to trigger Sosuke's Summons. Good times. I think I would still want to go Voltron, but that's mostly because I've never built a Voltron commander deck before. You don't have crazy white auras like you can get in Uril or Rafiq, but UG are probably the best colors in Commander.

I'd recomend some useful spells such as Cyclonic Rift, Counterspell, Disdainful Stroke (Bonus: snakeman countering), Voidslime, Asceticism, Rhystic Study ... Also things like Door of Destinies, Eldrazi Monument (since you have some ways to generate tokens)

You should do like winning snakes now.... You know something that's actually going to be able to keep up in a competitive multiplayer game. I love snakes also wedge but I think we both know there can be some serious power in there if you get into some more value UG cards. Voltron feels so strong especially with the color support. Even waiting to cast him/her until you can drop pump boot/suit up and then have mana?

+Shazarn sphinx is easy. but in tons of card draw. some red whipe spells and a labroatory maniac. put in alhammarets archive and thought vessel. play the maniac and draw your deck. i've done it and my opponent was very unhappy to say it lightly. not fun to win in a commander tournament final to a guy who draws his deck on turn 6 (i got lucky with my draws) but yeah like you say, cards like psychosis crawler, niv-mizzet, the firemind, and other cards are just very good in this deck. cards that take away your hand size, like venser's journal and thought vessel are good. put in some control like crawl space and silent arbiter, syclonic rift, sleep (if you only have one opponent) or blustersquall. orbs of warding and aetherize are nice as well. next put in some cheap spells to trigger arjun multiple times to actually draw your deck. talrand is cool here. tomorrow, azami's familiar and archmage ascension let you search for the maniac and the draw extra cards as well.

I was thinking about trying to make either a Giant Tribal or Soldier Tribal deck with the new Boros legendary, "Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas." I'm not sure which one I would like better and was wondering if you could take a look at the possibilities she has to offer. Using large creatures with only 1 or 2 colored cost would let you get quick experience counters through the use of mana-rocks.

door of destinies and obelisk of urd are in my opinion better than coat of arms, because the coat also buffs your opponent. if your opponent plays any tribal (and there are quite few) you're snakes are fucked. hooded hydra is pretty much an auto include here. and maybe put in some proliferate for those infect counters. maybe a parallel lives and a doubling season for a more toke strategy.
