They are the best band I've ever seen live and I've seen a lot of bands live. Bono is the best front man in the world. He just connects with a crowd like no one else. His voice can go into the stratosphere when he feels the urge. The band stays in the pocket of the song, AND I believe they use a click track (LM), which kind of helps explain why they always play so tight. I'm 42 now and ever since high school, they've been there for me.... Passion on a grand scale.

This was filmed at the riverside studios in London in 2004. They played five tracks from the vertigo album to be used on cduk. There was about 200 people in the studios. I was there and it was amazing. Kings of Leon filmed a couple of tracks just before u2. It was before kol hit the big time. Good memories. Some people say that bono was miming....he wasn't. They actually played the tracks until they were happy with the results.

Top of the Pops used to be entirely mimed, it was basically a music video. Old Grey Whistle Test was sort of a response to that phoniness. U2 is one of the most successful touring bands in Earth's history, so sit down and pull out the wedgie.

Man I love this band... A bit sad I noticed them that late. In 2001 I couldn't stop listening to Elevation, after one from my older brothers school class, played counter-strike with some very talented guys, who together in named their CS clan after that song. This song however, is much more personal for Bono/Paul Hewsson. But it just proves, what a great band U2 really is. From more strange songs like "Numb", to personal songs like this and "The First Time", to party-like songs as Elevation and Vertigo, to iconic songs like "Bloody Sunday". It's like they master the whole spectrum of music, plus they are a great liveband. Wish I could have been to their concert, last time they played where I live. Hope I get a second chance to do that :-)

In my opinion, after my severe tragedy💔 a loss of my husband due to a massive heart attack in 60 seconds, my husband was dead💔 leaving me to take care of my three children and my grandchildren🕊️my siblings 😭 Just brush their hands off. Wipe them clean and left me to deal with it all by myself . I I have now come to realize that we all need someone to lean on, especially during the very hard times 😢 and the ugly things that happen to us.
