@StarrJaded Jade, awesome........I've been mezmorized by the story for a couple weeks now....the movie was really well done....it felt like the 19th century, with full color and sound. I had read some Jack London story in English class (don't remember the tile) regarding the lepers on Molokai....it really helped set the hook.! ALOHA

This is an outstanding and beautiful piece of music. Tracie's voice is so sweet and pure. I'm not big on the background prayer/chanting, but the Hawaiian choral singers are beautiful and perfectly timed. The bass and string instruments are well accompanied.This piece is a very moving work of art, and still brings tears to my eyes almost every time I hear it. I cannot find any other works by Randy Fong. Ken

Father Damien was the hands and feet of Jesus. Even when he faced the same death sentence as those he went to bring salvation, his concern was more for them than himself. This hauntingly beautiful music is befitting of his honorable life and devout faith, and of a well made movie.
