My husband is working in a hospital (dubai)as a supervisor on unlimited visa for the past 2.5 years.. But now he has to leave that job (got another good opportunity)so he gave a resignation to his company but they put his resignation on hold, and they are telling like they can't accept his resignation due to the current pandemic situation ,all the flights from India has been banned... Sir, what shall I do...?now he is working on the notice period and it will be ending by the end of this month(june 2021)

He should get a new Job first before resigning, Tell him to get an offer letter ✉ from his new company , then his company will accept his resignation.

If you write a resignation, they will cancel you without any settlement...

Do not stop work, when your contract is finished, you company must pay everything they are owing you

Hi my company is not paying the salaries since 6months (management said due to financial crisis the salaries will be delayed) but my company owner has other companies in Uae itself and all the employees paid their wages except our branch. If i go to labour and complaint the salaries will be paid immediately or not. Pls reply

Labour can help you, go and lay a complain to Labour if your Company is under private sector.

In a Limited team Contract, if you and your employer had an understanding there will be NO BANNED,. The key is to have an Understanding with your Employer.

In case my ccompany too much delay salary like 3mos and more. I levae in sharjah but they put me in dubai outlet before only i'm only borrow staff after a week ot became permanently i beg to put me nearest shop so atlist i can save money even we don't have salary and even i have salary the transportation is not enough for my per day.no pay for overtime and holidays also
