Hi, does this kind of visa work for Iranian too? I got a job offer and I will apply for the visa. Do you think it could be rejected because of nationality? My employer is a big international company in dubai.
@visalibrary26 күн бұрын
Yes, UAE work visas are generally available to Iranians, and your nationality should not automatically lead to rejection. Since your employer is a reputable international company in Dubai, they likely have experience sponsoring work visas for applicants from various nationalities, including Iranians. However, visa approval depends on factors like your employer’s compliance with UAE labor laws, the accuracy of your application, and your ability to meet visa requirements (such as a valid passport, medical tests, and educational certificates). While political factors can sometimes influence visa processes, the UAE typically prioritizes economic and business interests, and qualified professionals are in demand. Make sure your employer handles the application process properly and provides all required documents to avoid delays or issues. If you meet all requirements and your employer has a good track record, your chances of approval should be strong.

What can i do if My employer applied for work visa and it was rejected
@visalibrary19 күн бұрын
If your UAE work visa was rejected, the first step is to ask your employer to check with MOHRE or GDRFA to understand the reason for the rejection, as it could be due to missing documents, errors, or quota issues. Once the issue is identified, work with your employer to correct it, such as resubmitting documents or waiting for a quota to reopen. If the rejection cannot be resolved, consider exploring alternative options like applying through a free-zone company or seeking another employer.

@visalibraryАй бұрын
Your new company can typically begin some parts of the visa processing, such as applying for your work permit approval, but the final steps may require the Certificate of Cancellation (COC) for your health insurance. The UAE labor regulations require that all obligations from your previous employment are cleared, which includes the cancellation of your work visa and health insurance. It’s best to communicate with your new employer to confirm the specific documents they need and to follow up with your old employer to expedite the COC issuance.

The processing time for a work permit visa in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can vary depending on several factors, including your nationality, the specific type of work permit, the employer, and the processing efficiency of the UAE's immigration authorities. In some cases, the processing time can be relatively quick, taking a few weeks to a couple of months. However, for others, it may take several months to complete the necessary administrative procedures and approvals. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on the current processing times for a UAE work permit visa, it's recommended to contact the relevant UAE government authorities or the UAE embassy or consulate in your home country. What if you on a visit visa and offered a job, what is the process of converting it into residency. Do you need to get another permit to re-enter the country or can this be done within UAE.
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
To convert a visit visa to a work visa in the UAE, follow these steps: Obtain a Job Offer: Secure a job offer from a UAE employer. Accept the Offer and Sign the Labor Contract: Promptly accept and sign the offer and labor contract. The employer initiates the quota and labor contract process, usually taking 2-3 working days. Apply for Residence Entry Permit: Your employer applies for this permit, typically a one-day process. Change of Status: Changing your visa status can be done within a day. Medical Examination: Undergo a medical exam, taking about two days for regular applicants and one day for VIPs. Biometric Data and Emirates ID Processing: This step generally takes 2-3 working days. Employment Visa Validity: The Dubai entry permit is valid for 60 days. Within this period, you must complete the procedures for your UAE work permit, labor card, and Emirates ID. Work Permit Application: Your employer applies for a work permit on your behalf through MOHRE. Residence Visa Application: Once the entry permit is approved, apply for a residence visa and, if required, for an Emirates ID. Labor Card Issuance: Obtain a labor card, which is necessary to validate your employment in the UAE.

@visalibrary9 ай бұрын
It sounds like you're in a tricky situation. Typically, legitimate employers will handle the visa processing themselves or direct you to apply through official channels without requiring payment to third-party agencies like travel agencies for visa processing. It's essential to verify the legitimacy of the job offer and the employer before proceeding further or making any payments. Here’s what you can do: Contact the Employer: Reach out directly to the company that offered you the job to request official documentation like a job offer letter or contract that includes details about visa sponsorship and processing. Verify the Agency: Check the credentials of 'worldlec travel UAE'. Genuine agencies should be registered and have verifiable contact details. Seek Legal Advice: Consider consulting with a legal expert who specializes in employment or immigration law in the UAE. Contact MoHRE: You can also reach out to the UAE Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE) to verify the employment offer and inquire about the correct process for obtaining work and residency permits.

Hello, I received an offer from a company in UAE. The letter says that “employee status for the purposes of this contract is Single.” However, I am married and want to call my family on dependent visa once my work and residency visa is sorted. My question is, will the “single” status mentioned be a hindrance in obtaining dependent visa for my wife and kid?
@visalibrary11 ай бұрын
The "single" status mentioned in your employment contract for the purposes of the UAE does not typically hinder your ability to sponsor your family for a dependent visa later on. In the UAE, the ability to sponsor family members for a dependent visa primarily depends on meeting certain salary and accommodation criteria set by the UAE immigration authorities, rather than your marital status as noted in your employment contract. Once you have your work and residency visa sorted and if you meet the necessary requirements (such as a minimum salary threshold and suitable housing), you should be able to apply for dependent visas for your wife and child. It's important to ensure that you have all the required documents for the application, including your marriage certificate and your child's birth certificate, which may need to be attested or certified depending on the regulations at the time of application.

So, as a UK citizen, Do I go their on a vista visa and then apply for work visa when I arrive via any employer?
@visalibrary8 ай бұрын
As a UK citizen, you can enter the UAE on a tourist visa, which allows you to stay temporarily. However, to work legally in the UAE, you must secure a work visa and employment entry permit, typically sponsored by your employer in the UAE. It's advisable to arrange for a job and secure this sponsorship before traveling to the UAE. Once you have secured a job, your employer will then initiate the process to convert your tourist visa to a work visa. This is the recommended path to ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labor laws.

That was really informative and helpful, thank you. My question is, how can I tell if a job offer (for teaching English) and/or the visa service place I was referred to by the school is a scam or not? What are the red flags to look for?
@visalibrary5 ай бұрын
To identify whether a job offer or visa service is a scam, there are several red flags to look out for: If the salary offered is significantly higher than the market rate for teaching English in the UAE, it could be a scam. Legitimate employers and visa services should not ask you to pay large amounts of money upfront for processing fees or visa applications. If the company or visa service cannot provide verifiable details such as a physical address, official website, or contactable references, proceed with caution. Poorly written emails, inconsistent information, or pressure to make quick decisions can be signs of a scam. If you are offered a job without an interview or proper vetting, this is a significant red flag. Always verify the authenticity of the job and visa service through independent research and, if possible, contact the UAE embassy or consulate for advice.

Yes, you can typically change your visa status within the UAE without needing to leave the country. When you cancel your residence visa sponsored by your father, your new employer can apply for a work visa for you. Here’s what you need to do: Cancel Current Residence Visa: Follow the process to cancel your current residence visa, which is sponsored by your father. Provide Documents to New Employer: Send the required documents, including the cancellation proof, to your new employer. New Visa Application: Your new employer will apply for a work visa on your behalf. During this process, you might be placed on a temporary visa status within the UAE. Stay in UAE: You can stay in the UAE while your new visa is being processed. Ensure all necessary steps are followed promptly to avoid any legal issues. It’s advisable to coordinate closely with your new employer and possibly consult with a PRO (Public Relations Officer) or an immigration expert to ensure a smooth transition.

For a UAE work visa, typically, the original degree certificate or a certified true copy is required as part of the documentation process for visa and work permit applications. However, if your degree certificate is not yet available and you have a provisional certificate, you might be able to use it temporarily. Here are a few steps you can take: Verify with the Employer: Since your employer is sponsoring your visa, they should provide specific guidance on what documents are acceptable. Check with them if a provisional certificate will suffice for the initial stages of the visa application. Check with UAE Visa Authorities: Contact the UAE embassy or consulate, or visit the official UAE government or immigration website to get definitive information on document requirements. Regulations can vary, and only official sources can provide up-to-date and legally accurate advice. Attestation Requirements: Whether it's a degree certificate or a provisional one, documents usually need to be attested. This involves getting the document verified by your home country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then by the UAE embassy in your country. Prepare for Additional Requirements: Be prepared that even if the provisional certificate is accepted initially, you might be required to submit the final degree certificate once it is issued by your university.

No, it is not common practice in the UAE for employees to pay for their work visa and residence permit and then seek reimbursement from the employer. Typically, in the UAE, the employer is responsible for covering all the costs associated with obtaining a work visa and residence permit for their employees. This process is part of the sponsorship system in the UAE. If an employer is asking you to pay these costs upfront and seek reimbursement later, it could be a red flag, and you should proceed with caution. It's advisable to verify the legitimacy of the job offer and the employer, and possibly seek legal advice or contact the UAE embassy for more guidance on this matter. Scams involving job offers and visa processing fees are not uncommon, so it's important to ensure that you are dealing with a legitimate and reputable employer.

hi sir.. How can i secure my work permit for UAE? I am from Philippines.. I already have a job offer contract from the employer.
@visalibrary11 ай бұрын
To secure your work permit for the UAE, having a job offer contract from an employer is a crucial first step. Here's an overview of the process you'll need to follow, based on the information from the Official Portal of the UAE Government and other sources: Obtain an Entry Permit: Initially, your employer in the UAE will apply for an entry permit (also known as a Pink Visa) on your behalf. This is the first essential step that allows you to enter the UAE legally. Work Permit and Residence Visa: Upon entering the UAE with the entry permit, you will have 60 days to convert this into a residence visa, during which your employer must arrange for your work permit as part of the residence visa application. Types of Work Permits: The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) issues various types of work permits, including permits for skilled employees, transfers between establishments, temporary work, and more. As a skilled employee with a job offer, you would typically fall under the standard work permit category. Documents Required: For your work permit and residence visa, you'll need to provide a valid passport, passport photos, academic qualifications, health and fitness proof from a government-approved health center in the UAE, and other relevant documents. Emirates ID: An Emirates ID is required for the medical screening and further processing of your residency and work permits. You will apply for this ID in person, showing your entry visa and original passport. Final Steps: Once your employer secures visa quota approval, you can sign your employment contract. With the work permit approval, you're officially allowed to start working in the UAE. Your employment entry visa will be converted into a Residence visa, which, along with the Labour Card, legalizes your status to live and work in the UAE. Visa Validity: Initially, the work permit is valid for 30 days and can be extended for another 30 days. After finalizing the residency visa, it and the work permit are typically valid for one or two years, depending on the contract, and can be renewed. The cost for obtaining a work permit varies depending on the worker's category, with prices ranging from AED 300 to AED 5,000 for different categories.

Hi sir, how can i become a permanent resident so i can change jobs, study or even buy property thanks.
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), obtaining permanent residency is not a straightforward process as it is in some other countries. The UAE does not traditionally offer permanent residency in the same way; however, they have introduced long-term residence visas known as the "Golden Visa" system. Here are key points regarding obtaining long-term residency and its benefits: Golden Visa: This is a long-term residence visa, introduced to allow foreigners to live, work, study, and buy property in the UAE without the need for a national sponsor and with 100% ownership of their business on the UAE’s mainland. These visas are issued for 5 or 10 years and are automatically renewed. Eligibility: The Golden Visa is available to investors, entrepreneurs, individuals with outstanding talents such as researchers, medical professionals, scientists, artists, and those within the fields of culture and art. It's also available to top students and graduates. Benefits: With the Golden Visa, you can change jobs, study, and buy property in the UAE. It also provides a more stable residency option compared to typical employment-linked visas. Application Process: To apply for a Golden Visa, you can start the process online through the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) or the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai. Requirements: The specific requirements will depend on the category under which you are applying (such as investor, entrepreneur, specialized talent, etc.).

Your situation is unclear. Your employer should apply for a visa sooner.

My name is Peter from Nigeria,I need a 3 month visa tourist.how much
@visalibraryАй бұрын
If you're asking about the cost of a 3-month UAE tourist visa, it usually ranges from $200 to $500, depending on the provider and additional fees. Be sure to check with authorized visa agents or airlines for accurate pricing. Keep in mind that while you can explore job opportunities on a tourist visa, you’ll need an employer to sponsor a work visa if you secure a job.

Great video, so glad I found your channel! I wonder if you could potentially let me know about the following... I am a UK citizen, employed by a UK company, however they do have a Dubai entity, in which two of my coworkers are employed by temporarily. Essentially, I want to move out of the UK and claim non-dom, with an employment via my employers Dubai entity. The goal is to take advantage of the 0% income tax, but live elsewhere, maybe Bangkok, What are the regulations around this? For example, could I claim residency, have an employment visa, and just enter the county every 90 days to ensure it stays valid? Do you know my best approach for this? TIA!

Thank you for the kind words! 😊 To achieve your goal, here’s what you need to know about the UAE work visa: UAE Work Visa & Residency: You can obtain a work visa and residency through your employer's Dubai entity. This allows you to live and work in the UAE legally. Zero Income Tax: Yes, the UAE has 0% income tax, which applies to residents with a valid work visa. Living Elsewhere: You can technically live elsewhere, but UAE residency rules require you to visit the UAE at least once every 180 days to maintain your visa and residency status. Entering every 90 days would keep your visa active. Non-Dom Status: To claim non-domicile status in the UK, you’ll need to ensure you're not a tax resident there. Be careful about the tax rules of other countries where you might reside (e.g., Bangkok), as you may become subject to their tax laws. For the best approach, consulting a tax advisor specialized in UK and UAE laws is crucial to avoid issues with both UAE residency and UK tax obligations.

Is a Bachelors degree mandatory for receiving a permanent visa sponsored by an employer ?
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required for qualified personnel seeking a Green visa, which is a residency visa for working in the UAE, to acquire a UAE permanent visa sponsored by an employer. In addition, the skilled worker must also have a valid employment contract, be classed in the first, second, or third occupational level, and earn at least AED 15,000 per month. However, the criteria for a UAE permanent visa may differ depending on the kind of visa and other variables.
