MrBeast Burger is a SCAM! Honest Review at American Dream Mall

MrBeast, at least according to tangible metrics like views and subscribers, is the greatest KZbinr in the world. He is the KZbinr with the most subscribers and he has a diehard loyal following. The top viewed MrBeast videos and most watched Mr. Beast videos have views in the 100s of millions, such as the MrBeast squid game video, the MrBeast buried alive video, and the MrBeast assassin video. Jimmy Donaldson is not just content making viral videos though. He is also taking the world by storm with his merch and his side hustles, such as his Feastables MrBeast Chocolate. In pretty much all of his videos he plugs his Feast Like a Beast Mr. Beast chocolate, but in recent years Mr. Beast has opened burger restaurants as well, fittingly called MrBeast burger.
You may have seen this burger chain before on GrubHub or Seamless, as MrBeast Burger ghost kitchens operate all over the USA. But last year, there was a grand opening of the MrBeast Burger American Dream mall location, and hundreds of thousands of fans came out to support his Mr. Beast Burger brick and mortar restaurant. The average Mr. Beast Burger review is also highly positive, as the restaurant has a 4.8 out of 5 average rating among thousands of reviews on Google, which leads me to wonder if his food is actually any good. Is MrBeast Burger actually good or is MrBeast Burger a scam? We'll find out in this episode, as we hit up the American Dream mall in New Jersey, one of the biggest malls in the USA, and find out if MrBeast Burger is overrated or not. James Donaldson may be a great entertainer, but is he a great restauranteur?

So my friend ran a ghost kitchen during the height of the pandemic (he left because he moved to another city). I would hang out there often because he would feed me and I had nothing better to do 😂 One of his kitchen's restaurants was MrBeast Burger. I will say, MrBeast does not have any quality control or consistency across his restaurants. They just supplied him with the branded packaging and reference guides on how to cook everything, and my friend supplied everything else. My friend really cared about the quality of the food, so he would always buy fresh meat and high quality potato buns. They had so many orders that he would be buying fresh meat everyday and never needed to freeze anything. The burgers were really good (especially since I got to eat them fresh off the grill). I'm not surprised other places would buy frozen meat to cut costs, but I'm shocked the quality of yours was so poor considering that's a legitimate restaurant and not a ghost kitchen. Man I miss that ghost kitchen, I probably gained 10 lbs when he worked there 🤣

I had a restaurant as well and did MrBeast burger. It was decent business, but there is no quality control like you mentioned. Plus they take 40% out of your sales which sucks, but it did include the Doordash fees.

Man I totally agree with you when I first saw the photos of what food they were selling, I thought to myself “that looks so much like a massive fast food franchise” and never knew I was that accurate about my opinion. I’ve never tried the food but I can honestly agree just from looking at it on camera. That’s why privately owned or hiring only very ambitious managers is an important thing to undertake when it comes to having a good restaurant that takes influence off a powerful name like Mr. beast. I’ve tried his chocolate bars recently at one of our local targets and they’re honestly not much better than a Nestle Crunch. Again more leveraging here so the transparency or legitimacy is lost so I can’t respect him much in the food business. I personally think a KZbin star doesn’t belong in the food industry but knowing how strapped for cash he’s I can’t disagree with why it’s being done.

UA, thanks for all your hard work creating content while maintaining a full time job. You clearly care about your fans. I had never heard of Mr Beast, but one day, his burger joint popped up and it had great reviews. I waited sometime and later looked at the reviews again and they were all horrible. One of the biggest complaints was the inconsistent food. And as you mentioned, the cheap ingredients. I never tried it, the pictures looked unappetizing and the reviews were too bad to just go waste my money. I think most people have the same opinion as you do when it comes to Mr. beast burgers. Needless to say the ghost kitchen near me is no long in existence and making his food. Thanks for your honesty, I’m sure his fans will beg to differ with you. But, it is what it is.

Absolutely right. A week after the super hype opening of this Mr beast burger me and my family tried it. It’s all hype that’s it. Not to be called as delicious. I would rather eat in shake shack or smashburger or jollibee premium burger or even Wendy’s. Save your money go eat somewhere there in American Dream mall. There’s a lot to choose. Yesterday evening we were there again and there were only about 10 people eating in that burger fast food.

Thank you for doing this review UA! I had been wanting to try Beast Burger, but had a bad feeling about it and kept thinking his fans had simply hyped it up in reviews. I’ve been a fan of Mr. beast for years, but that food just did not look appetizing. For someone who makes so much money as a KZbinr, you would think his actual location restaurant had decent/great quality food. Some people are saying this a ghost kitchen, but this an actual location in the Dream Mall in NJ. With the price you pay for 2 burgers, you might be able to get the beef and some other ingredients and cook something 100x better.

As someone from Canada (the West Coast), Make sure you get an n95 mask when you go outside. That smoke is super bad for you, the particles are so small it can enter your blood stream. And Sorry about the smoke!

If they label it as a chicken sandwich, there should be one chicken breast inside! If they put two tenders, they are cheating you. That is called a chicken tender sandwich. Yes it’s all chicken, but not the same cuts. Also you’re getting less chicken as tenders are smaller. You said the chicken wasn’t dry, but it looked that way. It probably seemed not dry because of the huge amounts of mayo they put on the sandwich. They probably did that to mask the fact it was probably old chicken tenders. Nashville hot is usually a rub. Not just a sauce. They just poured a bit of hot sauce on your chicken tenders. Then called it a day. As far as the burger, that absolutely was similar to the dairy queen burgers. Frozen water burgers. Sad part is they didn’t even cook it fresh. It was definitely sitting there most of the day. If not longer!

Hey UA ! Another honest review as always. It all looked forgettable horrible Frozen burger patties frozen french fries terrible buns it's a hard pass ! Just one more opportunist that has a little monetary backing to make a quick 10 to 25 million dollars and fail and screw all of the backers in the business. Bottom line those restaurants won't last that long especially in Jersey. I’m someone that makes burgers often at home. I find that the beef patty being frozen or not doesn’t make a big deal. It’s matter more how you cook it and the quality of the meat and seasoning..

That sandwich is probably spicy but we Asians have such a high spice tolerance thanks to moms traditional cooking that it takes more spice for us to feel it than the average person 🤣

Depends on the Asian! I developed my spice tolerance on my own throughout my life, not so much from my family's cooking. Taiwanese, Cantonese, and Japanese food for example is not spicy usually

I doubt it, most places, especially fast food places, do not sell truly hot food as they're made for people with low spice tolerance.

Yeah, this right here is one of the reasons why Jimbo has distanced himself hard from this, he's still contractually obligated because he made a bad deal with a corpo that deals with all of the ghost kitchens that make the burgers. There is 0 quality control and Jimbo cant do sh about it.

Just an FYI: when you wear the N95 mask you're supposed to use your fingers to bend and mold the metal nose piece over the bridge of your nose to get a better seal.
