Lately, the percentage of the rider fare that I receive has decreased. On June 21st the rider paid $66.51. I received $25.95 which is only 38%, I don't care what Uber's expenses are. I have expenses too, Duration of this ride was 45m37s, Mileage was 23,2 m, Take my costs into effect and I made NOTHING on this ride. I don't know HOW they get away with this!!

In San Luis Obispo CA county if you accept less than 50% they TAKE AWAY upfront details. This leaves the driver without information as to the contract they are entering into. Is this even legal?

Hi guys I'm from Boston I wanted to bring these three things up 1. When we pick-up a passenger and we drive on toll roads to take them to the airport ect so the tolls are being paid from the uber drivers EZ Pass account after the passenger exits the uber drivers car the uber drivers gets refunded but it go's on top of their pay this refunded money should be refunded to the drivers ez pass account not on top of their pay 2. Why is uber paying us sometimes under a dollar a mile and other times more than a dollar a mile all rides should be a$1.00 plus a mile 3. When us drivers drive to go pickup the passenger we should be paid once we accept the ride if we have no passenger in our car at that time But if we accept another ride if we have a passenger in our car we should start getting paid for the next ride once we drop off the passenger we had in the car before accepting the next passenger's request for a ride

They don’t pay out the extra $10 anymore on a scheduled ride nor do they do long-distance pick up fee nor do they pay an extra on comfort rides if anything it might be an extra dollar plus the surges are gone too most of the time. They’ve stolen all of those fees from all of us. My tips?

It was so funny today this lady and her daughter had to bring their two dogs to a medical appointment. One of the dogs was going to have surgery so I told them no matter what I will make sure you get to that hospital for the little puppy, anyway, she ends up tipping me a note and all the sudden the app goes on hold for an hour as if they paid it to me… I guess it was a little irritated that it couldn’t collect that for the company since it was cash

I get a notice asking if I want to turn it on and I deny it daily. I dont have to accept it to get online. Mm. I had it on last year and writing a text and have a request come up and accidentally excepting was a pain. At that point I turned it off. But Im not having the issue Sergio is having in California.

Surge pricing! Broooo Surge is fake it does not change the ride price hourly rates. If you do the math when the rides come in there is no difference. Lastly; everything I get close to Surge zone it disappears immediately.

Almost all the time, the algorithm will adjust your hourly rate for that city. Once you drive longer and longer, 4- 12 hrs. No matter what amount of.surge or tips.

I noticed something today on the overlay today. I have a new S24ulta. Today when I was doing deliveries on Uber eats in South Dakota and the I had a notification come up out of the blue asking if I wanted to have the overlay. The button came up and I clicked it off. And it stayed off. I'll see tomorrow if it stays off, so I'll know for sure if it stays off.

In a market like florida, I feel like the "advantage" feature can work in our good drivers favor. Weed out people who want $90 a mile and reward those who want to work. The way I see it. Uber considers itself a tech company. It has algorithms. But yet it seems it fails at its own technicals. As an example I will use. SELECT. They took it away in respect to it being too similar. But yet they added how many more comfort. Now I drive an electric car. I did more calls under select then I can do electric. In other words, I did 99% select rides compared to one percent electric rides. Now, how many of you watching this are in an electric car and I’ve seen the difference. Do you get more electric rides or do you get more regular rides?

New York City they are employees. They're guaranteed a minimum income or wage or something like that. You can't allow the entire city to log on at 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday or Wednesday if You're going to force Uber to pay everyone a minimum. So of course they have to control the number of people that are logged on. Uber and Lyft driver should have thought about that before they did this to themselves because of course it was going to go here.
