Thank GOD you figured out the new Quest sucks. I heard you praise this garbage last week and I was like what?? Every adjustment is designed for more work, less money. Without AB5 pressure, we'd have even less info for choice. They noticed that long rides are garbage and had to make an adjustment. Honestly, I became an ant in L.A. when I realized I could do 5 shorties hr, less gas, cherry pick on low price / 10 min avg and get an easy $30-$32 hr gross with less stress and cherry picking. This new Quest will give Uber permission to raise the shorty price. Always a video game. 👍🏽 Thank you for pivoting

The timeout trip radar dumpster is in Florida btw. They also had a combined total miles on a trip. But acceptance rates when down even further. So they removed it. And they show distance to passenger. And trip distance again

The common denominator here is the fact that there are so many new rookie drivers. If it was up to Uber they would drop all veteran drivers and keep new drivers who work for peanuts. These trash rates are not sustainable.

Uber surge UFF system is so convoluted right now that they are getting lost in it themselves, they dont even know how it works, all they are focused right now is to offer lowest possible offers. Transparent offers? Surge offers are the most confusing and dumb we have ever seen.

I loved driving Uber at one time. I don't mess with it much anymore. Only on occassion. Uber sold out their drivers like any other big corporation who only cares about profits. Also like corporations whose job it is to keep their employees in line. Believe me Uber Drivers are not independent because the purse strings and profits of these corporations are enourmous. @Jay...if you use Para accept/decline feature, you can see the full pickup and drop off info. When we had the 3/10 in our area to get info, I never stopped cherry picking,even when i got to 0/10. I always had the upfront information.

I tried their promo last month after being down from injury I wasn’t even close bc I don’t drive on Sundays I tried driving 5-6 days a week in two weeks. I’m reading for when they offer another promo or bonus. I need better scheduling and to stay at my dads bc tired wasting time gas to drive an hour away before I can start taking rides

My volume of requests has dropped dramatically in the past week. I'm in the PHX area and suspect that they are stopping me from getting requests. Last Saturday night I got almost no ride requests from 12:30 to 1am. It's been like this all week for me. Making alot less and getting pissed. I'm sitting at home trading and leaving the app open ALL DAY MOTHAFUCKAS!

Short term they will continue to recruit new drivers, but those new drivers will finally realize that it's unsustainable when their credit card bill comes in with gas, repairs, oil changes etc. They will then move on to a W2 job. I was offer $485 guaranteed for 32 rides two weeks ago here in Phoenix by Lyft. That's $ 15.15 per trip. Tips not included.+ $255 for 19 rides also guaranteed. (13.42$/ride).

The best part about this camera system is that you are able to also have access to the live feed. If you call in they’ll send you a link that you are able to share with your loved ones. On this live feed you will see a GPS tracker on the top. This is a continuous tracker that will continue tracking you until you shut off the car. The next two underneath it is the front camera and the in cabin camera. On the bottom of each screen, it shows what time it is and what street you’re located on. The only suggestion that I have for this live feed is that he could also track the miles per hour that you are driving. Thank you guys for partnering up with such a great company.

Let’s set a date for the next protest. The first one was a success bc it was all over the news across the country. News company are looking for public interest events for their broadcast and these protest will definitely give them this. But, one protest will not accomplish our goal. It needs to be sustain, consistent pressure. It needs to happen one day every month. Also, drivers are going up against different obstacles. Companies with deep pockets, drivers who don’t participate and rideshare companies using cab companies. This fight need to continue one day every month. Drivers will lose their usual one day compensation but rideshare will affect them by millions of dollars. Drivers need to fight this fight bc our livelihood depends on it. Collectively this can be done. Let’s fight this fight.

Did everyone get the message today (Monday) that Uber is changing our percentage and cancellation rules. Now they will only count 200 rides and start over. It’s about damn time they changed it. It’s ridiculous we have to be at 85% ER here in NJ no matter what year before we can see where the customer is going. It’s literally impossible. They need to stop playing games. Us seeing where a customer is going should be an automatic. They are places that girls should absolutely not be going into but yet we can’t see when we except it only to find out if they are going somewhere dangerous then we have to cancel it and then that goes against us.

I had a lot of questions about Uber that I needed to know and understand. I cannot do my job without knowing everything there is to learn to be successful. Last week I opened my tube app and asked if it was beneficial for me to do shop and pay and alcohol deliveries. That's when you guys,the share guys came up talking about Uber and lift.
