Uch Sharif is the city of Saints in Bahawalpur district, many of the saints dotted all over Punjab originate from here, they claim descendent from Hazrat Surkh Posh and other prominent saints buried here. My travels have taken me all over Pakistan, Bahawalpur is one of the most under explored hidden gems of Pakistan; Hence I chose to do three Episodes from this district, bringing to you the many layers and tastes of this wonderful land & people and recipes.
