Hello Shintaro, is it possible to learn these throws as a bjj student without practicing them in class? we never do this stuff in class, unlike my old bjj gym where we learned wrestling and judo

You can learn them as well as someone learns BJJ by watching videos and not going to a class to practice.

If you have enough inner peace/presence of mind/centredness, you can learn judo from videos, practice them mentally, and then practice them in rolling/open-mat, if someone will start standing with you. Always better if you can have those extra practice steps in the middle though, of uchi-komi and nage-komi. But definitely possible. If you mean learn without practicing them ever at all.... Well, to some extent. But you will not get good at them without ever practicing them.. Would not be a good idea to rely on these moves for competition or self-defence without having used them in free-practice..

Buy a dummy and do uchikomis on it. It helped me a lot
