I’ve had dizzy spells since I was little. I’m turning 66 in a few months and vertigo episodes were becoming more frequent as I aged. Three years ago, I lost 32 lbs & started walking everyday. I’ve changed my eating habits, greatly reduced alcohol intake (to almost none) and hydrate diligently. My vertigo disappeared. I pray it doesn’t return.

There's a few. There's always outliers. But you're right, the general doctor in the US tends to have be quite strange, indeed. Even the good hearted ones have often learned all the wrong stuff. "Research physicians" are usually some of the best you'll find in America. People who split time between research and patient work. They tend to be quite smart.

I spent The day and night in The Hospital, with no real help, but finally diagnosed with Vertigo, but no treatment. I’m now 71. Try to check if you are sensible to gluten. Wheat flour specially that these days is also GM most of it if not all. Check that because it is uncommon for doctors to think about that when checking people. Sensitivity or allergy to gluten could go undiagnosed for many years. How about thirty? In the meantime one or all of your organs or one or all of your body systems could suffer serious harm. It could be a life changing problem or if you become allergic could put you at risk. Like the people who suffer allergy to bee sting, or sea food etc.... But chronic suffering could be damaging to a point of affecting your hair, skin, digestion ( mimicking. irritable bowel syndrome and all those problems but also affecting the production of collagen that protects the lining of the organs), eye health, teeth ( not enough calcium absorption and fracture of the pieces) muscle mass loss, bone loss, anxiety ( it could produce anxiety by itself) A long etc.... If you find that you are sensible you will feel far better once you stop consuming it. Yet, if you are sensible but not allergic, from time to time you could have a very little piece of regular bread to prevent getting too far from the irritant in a way that your body could forget that it exist and become really allergic. Must be a little something and not a big amount or you will feel kind of sick in 24/48 hours. When I read about that timing I couldn’t believe it because I ‘ve had noticed that before when I eat wheat . I do not feel foggy but I feel sick to my stomach/liver/ pancreas area and my intestines. I do not feel well when I eat regular flour. Some people could feel some dizziness, skin issues, develop atopic dermatitis and as I said before, a long etc.....

@@annemarieandrews3522 , I used to take motion sickness pills but today, I just eat dice apples. It helps a lot. When you chew hard fruits like apples, it exercise our muscles in our head. And I added eye exercises too.

Only 20 minutes in after watching Dr. Newman report and this is absolutely true and sharing it w/ my family. I'm on so so many different medications and I had a feeling the medication was making me worse than the original problem w/ bladder or w/ depression. So excellent. I try to exercise daily and this has been one of the BEST way to balance my mind and body and physiology overall.... Should be stressed more than anything.

The first 5 minutes of this presentation is about "The Presenters." At my age I forgot why I started watching, but I knew this was not the topic of interest. What was it? Dizziness and Vertigo! Use captions to show the name, title and qualifications of the speaker and or show credits at the conclusion. Get to the point before we all die of old age.
