so what's going on a places like anthropology as an example where all of the sales force is part time so the company doesn't have to provide benefits or decent pay, everyone is hooked to constant communication devices so no one can think and "managers" are rotated every hour? seems like the design is to stifle all employees including the managers. how can they relate to the customers? where is their input? this is the typical workplace today. a clear sign that employers think workers are robots and customers do not need assistance.

How about this Millenials, show up at your job, on time, as a teammate, ready to contribute. Listen twice as much as you speak. And leave your glowing rectangles where they belong.
