When I look at the "Sichuan Chen Mapo Tofu" name it reminds of the late Iron Chef Chen Kenichi or perhaps his father. I wonder whether the dish name is linked to the Chen household.
ファンファンは絶対に美味しい。 This Chinese restaurant “Fang Fang” is the best one of Osaka, I believe. Not looking but trying to eat. You can understand what I wanna say.

What I notice in Japan restaurant, is that they always leave the water faucet running, why? Don`t they realise that at the end of month they has to pay the water bill? I mean, in all honesty, the water is not free, and while they cook I see in all restaurants the same, the water running!!! They need to stop this ASAP! Big chunk their profit is going just to pay the bill.
