え、うそやろ？18番閉店！？なんでー！！ もう30年以上前中学生の時、父親の早朝の配達を手伝いにいってその帰りに天六で車止めて、父親と一緒に朝ごはんはいつも18番のかす汁定食を食べました。 天満駅から東大阪まで帰って中学校行った思い出の店です。。。。 信じられない。。。 最期の日を撮影していただき、本当に感謝いたします。ありがとうございました。

このお店に1回しか行ってないのですが、 接客がめっちゃ丁寧でお店もすごく綺麗で めちゃくちゃ心地良い時間を過ごせました。それからも何度か天六には行きましたが、一度も来店する事ができずに 悔いが残っています。今まで本当にありがとうございました。

America was lucky to have Latin American immigrants. Europe didn't let the right ones in. Asia doesn't seem to have a good pool to draw them from.

I’m watching this in America, and I’m a former cook in a restaurant (now Electrical engineer), and feel saddened that this amazing restaurant isn’t being continued by a new young generation. 25年ほど昔に、今の近所に道路を挟んで十八番とうどん屋さんはあった。朝昼晩とお世話になった。 ある朝にうどん屋さんに行くと、年輩の店主が、出汁を取るのに失敗した、今日はもう店を閉めたいと食わせて貰えない。 向かいの十八番で朝飯を食べていたら、ホントにうどん屋さんを閉めてしまった。 そうとは知らずに訪れたお客さんが朝なのに閉まっているのでオロオロしている。 大阪のうどん屋さんは旨い出汁を飲ませるのに命を掛けてはるんやなあと思いました。

取引先がこの辺りに多く、打合せ終わりにお昼寄るならどこがいい？と聞いたらこの辺で仕事をしている人から必ず名前があがるような、地元の人に親しまれているお店でした。 若い方(立ち仕事でもフルタイム働ける年齢層の人口)不足、10年くらい前までは地方から都市部への人口流入、なんかが問題視されてきたけどコロナあたりからは大都市圏ですら、福祉・飲食・販売など接客業関連から『働ける人』の流出速度がものすごい事になっていると思います。 建築・運輸・製造などでも減ってきているので、これから人の取り合いは益々加速しそうですね。 繁盛していても、色んな理由でお店を畳まなきゃいけない時は来る。好きなお店には、行けるうちになるべくたくさん通っておこうと思いました。

Love the service and applaud the commitment of staff and owners . Not easy to have anywhere open over 20 years with loyal customers and the local community at large. Amazing.. question I want to ask is why know why are they closing? maybe never get an answer just wanted to ask why?

I think theyre closing because the owner has cancer. He mentioned how he has no eyebrows and if you look at his head he seems bald. I think hes going through treatment, at the end of the video he said "next step" "I can go [do it]". I hope he and his family stays happy and healthy.

ここのお店には本当にお世話になりました まさかの閉店とは驚きましたけど 物価高騰のおりにこの低価格で 料理を提供するのがかなり難しくなったのは想像に難くないですし 人手不足も相まって閉店なんでしょうねぇ 時代の流れとは言えこれだけ繁盛していて残念です 今まで本当にありがとうございました いつまでも忘れません

３０年以上前苦学生だった学生時代に夜間部学生だった頃と少し場所・人、メニューは変わっってるけど、私の命を繋いでくれた大恩あるお店。閉店は残念。
