Thankfully I forced myself to get used to far more movement in VR this year so I could play Eye of the Temple. It's going to make these games easier to cope with movement never intended in VR.

I'm Making a Remnant 2 first person profile at the moment, I got the head lined up and made body mesh all invisible with free movement of weapons, but the guns are stuck aiming sideways or at 45-degree angle... Would you know how to set it, so the gun is facing straight forward? would I keep hitting adjust? its only making really tiny adjustments whenever I try. Thank You for all you guys have done! Its truly groundbreaking!

Check out UE-games in the flat2VR discord. There is a satisfactory section everyone is discussing that game. I believe the main issue is the game doesn’t support gamepad very well currently. So even though you may be able to attach, to actually play the game is the next hurdle with good inputs. The game will get lots of attention so predict it won’t be too long before all the issues are resolved by a UEVR plugin made with the API available to modders.

Any way to mitigate the specular aliasing in top down games viewed from a distance? I have tried Colony Ship and The Ascent and both have really bad aliasing. Thanks.

Did you explain how to attach a pawn? I didn't see it in the video. Would you suggest using that feature or does it mess up cutscenes too much generally?

That is in the 6DOF motion workflow. May need another one just about uobjecthook principles on general. Yes can mess up cutscenes. The UEVR menu can remember where you left off so you can quickly detach if needed.

Can do! Basically the same as this though but choose the left handed 3DOF control from the input and click attach to left instead and bingo! Done!

Yeah Aliens Fireteam. Just as an example, the third person games you could configure in so many different permutations of camera position and control set ups. Second game is called Silent Hope.

@BeyondtheBox1 not covered it specifically because some people on flat2VR are working on a full VR mod project just for this game. See something like Deep Rock Galactic for comparison.

ive managed to figure out how to remove the character mash for body and hand but still need to figure out how to get my gun and actual hand to match up for motion controls..how do you do that one to one thing again?

Check my video on the 6DOF workflow on this channel I just uploaded. Keep adjusting it, grab the mesh in real life with your controller and keep angling it left and right/up and down until it gets closer and closer in line. Takes me maybe a minute of trial and error after practising it for a while.

Has anyone tested "the finals", its an fps online game, UE5, anticheat may not work w this mod but there is a practice zone in the game which is private without other players which could work with this mod.
