I had a summer job programming 5 and 6 axis industrial robot arms. It was non-trivial! Of course I didn't have a fancy, simplified UI as shown here, but the API was simple enough. That was the diffiuclty. The tough part was actually designing and testing out the motions. This kind of thing only makes sense in an industrial setting where you spend 3 months programming and perfecting it and the robot repeats the same action 1000 times a day for 10 years. For home use? Useless.
