They're all on staroids!!! I actually don't mind TJ. Have to remember what anderson silva was popped for. We still love silva, hardcore staroids, and imo is much worse than an iv. At this point I wouldn't even be surprised if DC came out and started syaing he used staroids. And dc is one of the last I would suspect. But I find that when you reach the pinnacle or even get close enough to look through the peep hole, in anything, people are doing things. Cheating is the meta. Jones and his use of eye pokes to keep his distance. it goes on and on.

With all due respect to Rockhold and rampage but thank you to TJ showing why the fight with Costa wasn’t as entertaining as ddp. Costa didn’t want the smoke for a 25 minute fight he was constantly backing up and if Rockhold doesn’t get the takedown which I see a few times until Sean gets back up and Rockhold gets overzealous on the ground and Strickland would put the pace on break Luke’s nose cause Luke is susceptible to shots down the pipe which is stricklands specialty on top of hooks around the guard that Sean has plenty of hooks to get around the guard.

For the majority of any mma or boxing competition you ideally want to have your heel from your back foot come down as little as possible. This is how you are able to explode off of your back leg and create power. In my gym we call it “Triggering” and it’s one of the core fundamentals for us. Getting caught flat footed will get you knocked out!

I watched 10 minutes AND THIS IS THE WORST MMA PODCAST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I watch MMA all day, all the relevant podcasts, and WTF is even going on here? Dillashaw was honestly one of my first favorite fighters back in the day when he beat Barao. He the only one talking sense here. Guys, what an amazing podcast. As a fellow Business Owner in the Digital Space, I admire what Bear has done with the overall brand, podcast ideas and general flow. Serves as a really good awareness generation tool for your chain brand. Plus it's not a cheap, salesy way to promote a brand, perfect balance. I am a massive Rampage fan since his Pride days, true warrior with a hilarious sense of humour. Bear doesn't get half of the credit he deserves in my opinion though. He is pulling everything together and acts as the "novice" voice when it comes to the core MMA discussions. Many listeners benefit from his questions and the way he spins the conversation purely due to the fact that they will ask the same questions if there were in the room with Rampage, Luke, TJ etc. Truly amazing podcast, well done and keep going!
