Another thing to add is people don't realize how differently built Poatan is. Eight months ago, Anderson Silva appeared on a brazilian podcast and shared his experience sparring with Alex. Silva mentioned that every time he tried to strike Alex, he ended up getting hurt instead. He explained that even touching Alex in the wrong spot could result in injury. He said he had never experienced this before. It was like his body was made of something different. And this is coming from Anderson Silva himself. It was like Alex was made and built to fight and whoop people's ass.

@@flacohernandez4380 you’re acting as if Alex like a psycho wasn’t cutting 40lbs to make MW, we’ve seen Alex at LHW get caught w clean shots and take them way better now that he isn’t going through such a bad weight cut. And on jones having an answer to everyone sure he does but he doesn’t completely dominate everyone for entirety of fights. DC landed a good amount of clean strikes on him and let’s not even talk about the Dom Reyes robbery. If guys like DC and Dom Reyes can land on JJ I’m sure Alex can too just with him it only takes 1 to put anyone’s lights out. If JJ smothers him w his wrestling he’ll make easy work of alex if alex isn’t ready for that but every fight he seems better and more polished. It would be real interesting but if anyone can stop JJ it’s either Tom or Alex
