I got a 99 in 1 on Game Boy, which was 6 games repeated over and over with different names. They were 6 good games, at least! One was Marioland 3 (Wario). Still, 50 indie games in 1 sounds immense... even if only a dozen deserve to be standalone games...

my biggest shock with ufo50 is that it only costs 25 dollars. I would spend 25 bucks on a few of these games individually! Absolutely deranged. Thank you mossmouth.

Yeah. That's 50 cents per game (or 40p for us in the UK)! I was expecting £40, almost double the price here, assuming each game was ~£1.

This is essentially Action 51, but with one fewer game, so we call it UFO 50. Unlike Action 51, however, it's actually a quality collection, not a scam. Imagine that-a developer creating 50 real, enjoyable games instead of the fraudulent mess that was Action 51. Finally, 40 years later, someone got it right! The 80s kids will surely appreciate this developer for delivering an authentic collection of games we’ve been waiting for.

I thin k i softlocked the whole menus in the game. I got on using keyboard and changed the keybinds to up arow being button 1 and down 2 but the game kept those as u and down for menus and i can open settings because of it

I seem to be the only person that didn't fall in love with any of the games in ufo 50 :( I grew up with these 101 pirated games cardriges but the nostalgia doesn't carry the games for me. They all seem rather bland and repetitive. Granted I am very bad and only played the beginning of each game so far. None stuck out except Devilition, the game where you chain explosions to clear imps. But that on it's own isn't worth 25 dollars.

I must've only pulled unlucky games so far. I played for 3 hours and only got boring games. I was also frustrated that there is no save option for games like Golfia or whatever it's called and the game where you explore planet Zoldath (one of the chronologically first ones)
