Uganda National MOUNTAIN race 2023 in Kapchorwa

Uganda National Mountain race for qualification for World Mountain Running Championships due to take place in June 2023 in Austria
Uganda has some of the World's best mountain runners. Kapchorwa is also home road and track running champions such as Jacob Kiplimo and Joshua Cheptegei.
I ran the mountain race last year ( • Uganda National MOUNTA... ) but opted to watch this one instead. Not sure when I will be ready to take this challenge on again!

Yeah really steep! They’ve lived in this terrain their whole life and training running lots of hills, body adapts
