Nicholas, thanks for that detailed lesson on this particular Ugandan dish, it was very interesting, and the lady did a fantastic job in explaining the steps from beginning to end. Did the cameraman really get to taste the food. The way you were enjoying it, to me it seems you devoured everything by yourself. Well, I may follow up on that suggestion to get closer to the cook who got all her skills from the village and her grandma.

Wow I miss the local way of cooking multiple food ekikulu ne yinconomy can't allow us to prepare the way we used to.Those small fruits are called bitter berries in English (katunkuma)locally.They are bitter but very healthy .
