@@u-two Good for you brother,there's plenty of advice online when it comes to the questions asked if you're being reassessed.A friend of mine had a stroke and is paralysed and they denied his application but on appeal he won his cased.They best advice I can give is don't give up because many people will and not want the hassle if going to court.

This is more widespread than anyone can imagine. If you've ever lived on a council estate or in a low income area you will have seen or known people like this. No, they are not all immigrants but it is a system that is open to abuse and therefore a major draw for those wanting to come to Britain for what they can get.

My son is on the autistic spectrum and has mental health conditions he is 20 and he struggles with social phobia and extreme anxiety disorder It’s people like this making it bad for people like him who really do struggle with life!

I gave Aspergers syndrome and in the same boat as your son I see many people faking disability but I get nothing from disability I get £400 in universal credit former job seekers benifts and no help with my condition. You may get help from the charity called lifeworks personally my experience with the is not good as in they haven't done anything for me but they are the only charity for Aspergers and autistic people and the other people they are helping seem to be happy with them I think I may jusybe doing something wrong I have memory problems and forgot stuff so maybe I am just forgetting to do what I am supposed to and that is why I am not getting the help the other people seem to get from them. But either why they may help you it's at least worth looking I to.

And before you use the excuse if the help the economy if a immagant takes a job or home than it's not available British person plus the more none British their are here the more attractive the country becomes to illegal immigrants so yeah even "good" immagants are bad because they open the door for illegals by making the UK more comfortable besides the "good" immagants also don't go home after their visa is up its not too different from coming on a boat and expecting to stay they get in and they don't like after their agreed time it's obvious the legal immigrants had no intention to leave and come here on visas with the intention of staying from the start they just want an in so they can overstay get settled status and citizenship it's just as dishonest as the illegal boat immigrants.

I have broken my spine in 3 places in 02, survived cancer 06, and now I have ground my knees and hips away with 50-100hrs a week of work, worked 1000 days with no hol through COVID, then was promptly sacked, now my BP and body are very damaged, I had to lie to go back to work, I received not 1p in help.

My friend is disabled. Yes she gets a new car with adaptations. This is paid for out of her disability money. Not free. She could not get out without it. Why are the sentences so short? How do these people get away with it for so long? I used to go up mountains with no trouble, so reasonably fit, then one day I started to ache all over for no reason. After going through 17 different consultants I was diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy with high CK levels showing severe muscle degradation, then I had two spinal discs rupture, got carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists, my left leg shrank by an inch, and then I got diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. I am on class C drugs to try and control the pain but still hurt all over 24/7 (if I take more pain killers I sleep 18-20 hours a day, so to have a life I have to put up with bad pain), and yet despite all the hospital reports I couldn't get any assistance at all off the state (even when I started needing a wheelchair for the really bad days I had to buy it for myself) because I was capable of getting from my front door to the road kerb so wasn't disabled enough, and I had to keep working. The only conclusion I can come to is that as a straight white British male I didn't tick any of the diversity and inclusion boxes. On the hospital's pain management course there were other chronic pain sufferers whose pain was due to known medical conditions, and they also couldn't get any state help.

Best thing to do is try again. It’s actually really hard to claim for disability they do this on purpose so that people do not cheat the system, but these people must be really good at lying and playing the system.

I know exactly what you mean, I broke my wrist badly 2 years ago, I was on the sick for 5 months, and after paying rent and council tax, I was left with £65 a week to live on, I've paid tax for near on 40 years and that's how the government treat hard working British people 😡

I'm not sure how he claimed he was paralysed when a specialist consultant and scanning images show you being paralysed. I have major spinal problems and due to go in for life changing surgery soon. British people do not hate people who emigrate to the UK! People do get angry at people, whoever they are, who exploit the safety net welfare system intended to help people in genuine need, whether that's unemployment, disability assistance or genuine refugees fleeing horror. People are reasonably concerned about exploitation and the basic logistics of how resources can be managed...from infrastructure to housing to services like health and education. That is not hatred of individuals simply because they have emigrated here, but everyone, all of us who make this place our home, need to have a very sensible and practical review, and develop policy, that resolves the current resource difficulty and builds in some capacity going forward.

This makes my blood boil! These people are disgusting!The only issues these people suffer from is greed and being workshy! This is also why our taxes are so high! My elderly mother who is now registered blind and has COPD and poor mobility, can't access any help from the local authority social services. She's worked all her life and paid into the system since she was fourteen years old! There has to be a complete overhaul of the benefit system so that the people who really need the help are the priority.

I remember an asian taxi driver who claimed 30,000 benefits for a dodgy stomach but still drove taxis, He got to pay it back at £10 per week. I was on income support we were allowed to work 16hrs without any effects on benefits, I worked 2hrs extra over a month and got dragged in by benefits, 300 fine which they wanted it there and there in full, till I mentioned the taxi driver

Umbrella companies are uaed by none uk nationals to bypass our tax system. Imagine never paying tax into a system but expect benefits and uk perks. You also have benefits tourists that travel to the UK claim benefits then leave the uk and claims benefits in there home country. People come here for free surgery leave without paying
