1. Over-all whole UK is safe. 2. No credit history will be created without address proof. Opening offline bank account may be difficult. 3. Go to Primark. ☺️

You can not create any credit without address proof...you can not get a loan without a credit history...you can not apply for ILR without a credit history or address proof...kucch bhi kya poochte ho yaar!
