@@streetvideoreviewer That is such an abhorrent comment. There is pride in any job. I remember our old binman from the days they really earned their wages carrying those tin bins on their backs. One in particular old Fred he would go out of his way to help anyone he had pride in his job. If bins particularly grubby he would buff them up,post letters for the elderly. Unfortunately I feel now people do not have pride in their work. I've seen them picking up litter so apathetic,not like the old days when they would pick up every single scrap of rubbish,no silly stick. Such a vile comment, whatever job even if in McDonald's good on you respect your earning a wage however small you have earnt it. I remember my first wages 15 in shoe shop the pride I felt to buy my own things from money I had earnt. What an insufferable snob.

Putting somebody in prison is a forceful act, when looked at one way. Violence and force are not wrong in and of themselves, and whether it is right or wrong to feel a sense of satisfaction at seeing a wrongdoer receive a violent comeuppance, it is a normal human reaction.

The manager behaved correctly in this instance. The problem with this so called auditor is that he either doesn’t know the law or he does but is happy to break it for the sake of his video. He would have been arrested surely if the company had involved the police. I suspect they didn’t call the police at all because they dealt with him themselves and really didn’t want to be embroiled in courts etc. He picked on the wrong company that day and really is very lucky it ended relatively peacefully. Having worked in haulage for many years there are places where he would have been less fortunate for sure.

Moreover, the term 'auditor' is not protected and does not just apply to people who work in accounting, rather it is a broad term with usage in different contexts. I believe this type of auditing has its roots amongst genuine photographers in the UK - mainly around London. I also think that certain bogus law, such as Section 33, probably originated amongst genuine photographers who meant well but misconstrued the law. Quite possibly it was an actual lawyer who came up with it (lawyers are the most likely to get the law wrong because they are close to it). The belief auditing of this kind originated in the USA is not quite correct, but what has happened is that certain people of low scruple picked up on it and blended the British version with the more aggressive and abusive American style (based on a country with greater free speech protections), and you ended up with what we see now.

The only explanation for the behaviour of this 'auditor' is that he's an ex-con and he wants to get put back inside. I'm all for people standing their ground when they're in public but not when they've been given multiple orders to leave the premises and they refuse. I'm all for auditors standing their ground in the face of evil Police and when holding people in authority to account. The manager of the site was 100% in the right - even when he was pushing the 'auditor' back. The 'auditor' is an absolute idiot. The guy turned up in my feed, so I thought I would check him out as I'd heard his name .he went into a chemist and was asking why he couldn't have the morning after pill...it was like i had landed on an alternate planet earth .and cos i watched that one i got recommended another one of his videos.in this one he's at a covid site screaming and shouting..I managed to doze off while watching and kept waking up and dozing after hearing him screaming. Whilst I don’t condone violence, these auditors need to be taught a lesson. Whether by a good kicking every time they do this or legally. All they’re doing is pissing way too many people off and this stuff should be regulated against. And either a privacy clause or harassment act being amended to protect people against this stuff. They’re also causing drone laws to be tightened either further and there’s several papers being put forward to tighten laws against things like drone audits (not entirely auditors fault as there are others whom flaunt the laws) although not entirely their fault but has added to the hastened response for regulation. What they don’t understand that it’s not just drones they’re affecting it’s hobby flyers like me that have been flying model helicopters and planes for decades quite freely that are now under the same regulations and can no longer fly responsibly wherever we used to fly. They’re killing several rights we used to enjoy

I sort of agree with you. However, can you name me one auditor that actually does any good? I've watched them all. And not one have any respect for the public. I watched AB videos the other night. Abingdon, I think? Young lad getting arrested, think it was for drugs. The lad was crying and upset. And there's AB recording him. The police stepped in to try and stop him but he's just an antagonistic p***k. He stayed to insult the police and tell the young lad it is tough that he doesn't want recording. Please don't bring CCTV and body worn into it. When was the last time CCTV or body worn was put on somebody's KZbin channel?? They are for crime prevention and to assist with crime. There is no comparison. They even bring dash cams into it. Since when did somebody walk around with their dash cam in people's faces? Or get home, go through their uneventful trip home and put random people on their KZbin channel?? Doesn't happen. It's a terrible comparison to justify what they are doing. It's private property and it's a worksite with heavy lorries moving about. Members of the public shouldn't be wandering about filming with no regard to public safety. What happens if he steps in front of a moving lorry and the driver is injured when he has to suddenly brake. He has no insurance to cover any damage he may cause. If the police failed to turn up or take any interest in the first trespass, then I don't see why they should take any interest in the second. He went out looking for it and he got what he deserved.

most auditors when told to leave won't leave straight away and other auditors have been assaulted but i have to say most of the time the auditor remains civil as they can be. words have been exchanged if hands have been laid on,but normally the auditor is respectful. this guy isn't an auditor this was my very first thought from the first ever video i watched from him when he first started. the police should have turned up,but i think the reluctance for involvment doesn't come from freemasonary or anything else like that, i think it comes from the fact that week in and week out now they are getting calls to removed people with cameras when they should be dealing with serious crimes,armed robbery,supporting victims of rape etc. on the few times i have seen the police come out to an auditor you can tell by the expression that they really wished they hadn't been called out to deal with this. however i hope this guy ends up with an asbo. he's a true piece of work.

You are free to set up your own channel or go elsewhere if you don't like it. 2. I do not 'consistently' insult others, and it is not typical behaviour for me to insult others, but I'm not Jesus or a Catholic priest, I'm a normal person, just like you, and if somebody comes on here and insults me then I do reserve the right to respond in kind. It used to be that controlled violence was an accepted informal way of resolving issues between men, when we had a masculine society - and there was less crime and less of the other problems in that society that we are dogged with now. But in these videos I am also careful to note the legal position: in this case, the manager acted within the law and used lawful force, while the other staff member did not. I note both points in the video and I explicitly state that two of the HPH staff commit assault contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988. That's fair and you can't ask for more, and I really don't see what your issue is. I think what all this moaning and whinging from you lot boils down to is that you're the intolerant ones. You're reacting like spoilt children because I'm pointing out that your heroes have feet of clay and their claims to be standing up for people's rights and civil liberties are vain, empty and hypocritical. This auditor, for instance, breaks the law in virtually every single video he puts up on KZbin. His claims to stand up for people's rights are an egotistical pretence. He actually tramples on people's rights and dignity and you and others revels in it on his fan pages. You are lowlives.
