All of the so called ‘auditors’ are out there solely to make as much money as possible, especially through intimidation or annoyance and by excessively aggravating members of the public as well as the retail workers in order to profit from the hostile interactions which they are often so willing to unnecessarily escalate.

My first instinct on hearing her claim to be (very specifically!) up Scafell Pike was to think that maybe she did an embarrassing failed audit and possibly got herself arrested. Trying to preemptively cover it up by claiming someone else was impersonating her would fit neatly with your neurotic theory.

Have you seen a recent trend amongst auditors whereby they use scanners to listen in on the radios of security? This begs the question a) what the hell has that got to do with pinac and b) surely that’s an offence under the regulatory powers act? Intercepting communications for which you are not the intended recipient. They film themselves doing it … I even saw one doing it right under the nose of the police, while trying to ‘educate’ them and the security about sia badges as usual.

So needs a commercial drone pilot license then?

Auditor's claim to defend photograph and video law but in reality most act like idiots and are probably damaging those same laws acting the way they do i wouldn't be surprised if in the future the photograph laws change or are restricted because of the way Auditors act.

The term 'auditor' has no legal standing. Many of these so-called auditors term themselves as journalists, which is pushing the truth somewhat. With trepass, once the person is told to leave they must go by using the shortest. Fastest route from the area. Failing or refusing to leave gives any person the power to use reasonable force to eject the trespasser. Should the trespasser resist then they commit a Breach of the Peace (at Common Law) - again this is an 'any person' power (doesn't have to be a police officer). The GDPR apply in public and private, so the capturing of any personal data is unlawful.

The sheer idiocy of thinking that being able to walk around a gate or by implication, through a hole in someone's fence somehow means you have free access to the property behind it.... What the auditor is essentially saying is "if I remove all common sense, I'm doing nothing wrong by crossing this obvious boundary designed to keep me out." It's like when they say "what if I can't read?" When police point to their tag instead of verbally saying it. "You have to treat me like I have no common sense." Because that's the only reason these auditors can fool themselves into thinking their activities aren't just a massive waste of time.

I love how Auditors always say go get work done even when alot of the Auditors don't actually have a proper job except harassing members of the public, businesses, and police staff.

Personally I think the laws need to change when It comes to Auditors and channel's like that they have no care or concern for the people who might not want to be filmed For example what if someone is filmed who has experienced abuse in their past and maybe the reason they don't want filmed is because they've had to move to get away from that part of their past auditors don't think about situations like that all they care about is themselves.
