A 76-year-old who once competed against Arnold Schwarzenegger in Mr Universe says he is now fitter than the Hollywood superstar.
Ted Pollard, who lives in Worthing, West Sussex, can still do the splits and works out several times a week.
The former bodybuilder claims he is even fitter than most Premier League footballers and puts it down to years of training in martial arts, gymnastics and flexibility.
