UK's Muslims and the debate over their 'Britishness'

British Prime Minister David Cameron has called on Muslims in his country to recognise their "Britishness", saying the UK faces an "existential" terrorist threat.
His comments came just days after an entire Muslim family flew to Syria to join ISIL.
Yet it appears his words have fallen on deaf ears.

If you wear a coat, a top hat, a monocle, and an umbrella, and you go outside a buy a tea and Evening Standard, and greet "good day innit chap", you are British.
