But, the company is a big MNC and they told they ll give COS when the current visa is about to end. But, do I need to get visa for my Wife as well ? Does the company pay for it or I need to sort it ? Sponsor பண்ணாதீர்கள். அங்கு வளர்பவர்கள் எல்லோரும் கடின வேலை செய்ய தயாராக இருப்பதில்லை. அங்க இருந்த ஒருவர் ஏற்படும் செலவுகளை இங்க வந்து உழைத்து தாறன் என்று கெஞ்சி அழுது , இங்க இருந்த ஒருவர் தன் செலவில் 10K க்கு மேல செலவிட்டு வரவழைத்தார். முதலாளி ஒரு 7 seater size van ல போய் shopping செய்து வந்து அதை வேலைக்கு வந்தவரை இறக்க விட்ட போது , தனக்கு contract ல உள்ள வேலை( online sales assistant )தரவில்லை தன்னை பெரிய லொறியில இருந்து பொருட்கள் இறக்க விட்டார்கள். பத்து மணித்தியாலம் வேலை செய்ய விட்டார்கள் என முறைப்பாடு கூறிக்கொண்டு ஒரு மாதம் கூட வேலை சொல்லாமல் கொள்ளாமல் இலங்கைக்கே பறந்து போய் விட்டார். அந்த ஒரு மாத த்திலும் பாதி நாள் வயிற்றோட்டம் வயிற்று குத்து என்று கூறி வீட்டில் இருந்து phone கதைத்தார். Phone ல toilet flush பண்றது கேட்கும் என்பதால் toilet flush பண்ணாமல் போய் விடுவார். அதையும் sponsor பண்ணி சம்பளம் கொடுத்த முதலாளியே பண்ணினார். ஆகாயத்தால போன சனியனை ஏணி விட்டு இறக்கிய நிலையை ஏற்படுத்தாமல் தானே போனதால் நல்லதா போச்சு . இப்படியானதுகளை வைத்திருந்தால் நம்மளை சுரண்டியே நம்மை காணாமல் பண்ணி விடுவார்கள்.
