Ukrainian woman cooks tradition Pilaf on an open fire in the village

I really like Pilaf, especially if it is cooked on an open fire. This is an extremely tasty dish and today I want to show you my favorite Pilaf recipe.
Pilaf recipe:
- Beef or lamb
- Onion
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Rice for pilaf
- Zira
- Dried barberry
- A mixture of spices for pilaf
- Butter
- Salt pepper
- Chili pepper

My grandfather was from the Ukraine but he didn't cook. My grandmother (his wife) was an Uzbeki Jew and she always made Uzbeki pilaf called oishpelov, which is still to this day my favorite food in the world. I never knew there was an Ukranian pilaf and that it was so similar to the Uzbeki version! Great video, thanks.

There are multiple people for sure but she never shows them, I asked a couple videos ago and she said 9, I think she has a husband or brother as a camera person. The video format she uses is similar to at least a 1/2 dozen other Ukrainian girls making cooking videos. None of them talk, they all have pets roaming around that they feed, they all show them self eating along, to me it is almost like they have the exact same person editing the videos.
