For those who don’t think it’s 300, I have trained at this gym, the black plates are very very thin, and there are a lot of them, it just looks like one or 2 plates, but in fact there are many

4 plates + bar = 180kg + 100kg reds + 20kg greens = 300kg easy

@@Fabriziofilms wait.. where are you seeing this 180kg? i see the bar (20kg?), 4 reds (looks like 25kg each), 4 blacks? (20kg each?), 2 greens (10kg each) so 20+100+80+20=220kg theres no way this is even close to 300kg

Pavlo is extremly strong but it doesnt look like 300 kg, it is max 240 kg if the black plate weight 50 kg

That black plate is actually 4 VERY thin 20kg plates. You can see him training with them on his channel

Half the weight he maybe could pull 150kg to touch on stomach. Those are not full reps. And if he stop the bar on stomach I can prove: good reps. But nice tuba sound fart. Ten points. C3?

If he was trying to build more muscle, but he is probably just pushing his core amd back. He just started to do strongman and have been aiming for 500kg deadlift

He is getting full rom on his shoulder blades. It’s kind of like a hybrid shrug that’s mainly targeting the traps and other muscles that move the scapula

Overloading rows will give you gains no matter what. You can burn out on them easy but they will increase your deadlift and strict row. It's good to do both strict and cheat sometimes.

@@silatguy Bingo! Everyone thinks you need full rom and near perfect form. There's a time and a place for everything. My form isn't perfect all the time but I can feel the right muscles working and get stronger because of it

Bro the heaviest rows ive ever seen were by a professional bodybuilder who weighs 300+lbs at 6'3 shredded in my gym and they were 405 😂 315 is insane if you arent on 2-3 grams of gear haha

I have trained in that gym, there are more than 2 black ones, they are very thin and there are many of them, it just looks like it’s only 1 plate

@@stamatisvragas7720 no, they are 25kg as in powerlifting standard, you wouldn´t find a 52kg plate anywhere + the math doesn´t work, since there are 4 of the red ones (each 25kg), 8 blacks (each 20kg) and 2 greens (each 10kg), that gives you a total of 280kg + the bar is 20kg = 300kg
