We are sad to hear of the death of composer Ennio Morricone. We have all been touched by his music, not just that for films, like The Mission and Cinema Paradiso for which he is most celebrated but also by his concert music, like his Voca Dal Silenzio, a cantata written in response to September 11th. Morricone was able to please not just cinema audiences, but “absolute music” enthusiasts too. His writing for whistling and in particular for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly will always have a special place in our hearts. Addio Signor Morricone. Grazie per la musica.

When I learnt the death of Master Morricone today, I thought about your interpretation of this movie music... I saw him in concert 2 years ago: it was magic! you are propelled into the film through music. Master Morricone said that a film is 50% of visual, and the other 50% is the music. Thank you Master.

i don't think they were trying to be westerners, just playing the score from a western film, when you refer to nerdy brits, just remember the nerdy brits once had the greatest empire, about 200yrs that will never be surpassed, the usa took over as no 1 after world war 2 about 70yrs and in that short time you've become a busted flush, and if that clinton bitch gets to run the usa in 12 months from now the uk could be sending you food parcels

At least we don't bow to our "leaders" -- we enjoy having them "roasted" by comedians on a regular basis. Also, FYI, though Clinton has her faults, she's competent -- actually knows how government works and doesn't work. Trump, however, is an obnoxious self aggrandizing misogynist that, arguably, bribes public officials (FL to not investigate Trump U). Allegedly: He leaves people that do work for him unpaid -- putting some of them out of business (families that had been in business for generations). He filed for bankruptcy multiple times. He discriminates against minorities in work related matters and w/regard to rental properties. Trump allegedly raped a 13 year old -- not unlikely since he, himself, has talked about committing sexual assault --- and/or at the very least lies/brags that he does.Trump will not release his tax returns -- likely because public outcry over his tax related crimes would likely force authorities (including those he'd probably rather bribe ) to put him in jail.So ... go bow to your queen and we'll keep our elections for our head of state -- no matter how ugly they get.

Like 10 years after I first watched this video I still love it, specially the part where the bass player breaks into a laugh, but still manages to keep it cool and playing... my favorite moment.

This is an amazing performance with ukuleles, a bass and human voices! I caught one of their live performances three or four years ago. They stayed after the performance to talk and sign autographs. I love this group!
