Mein one month se one hour se walk ,house mopping sitting position mein or 15 mints exercise yoga kr rhi hmm mujhe ab kafi relief Mila..meri body mein movment fast hai..or ab sir ki back foot walk bhi krk dekhungi kya reaction hoga body mein...👍👍
