Bro let me tell you I’m in the UK and I’m currently in Rehab from addiction..I’ve got here 2 weeks before lockdown...we have 2 heavy bags and some gym stuff but something made me buy my own gloves b4 the shops all shut! Then I found your channel since March you’ve been my tutor and at the age of 50 a lifelong boxing officanado I can now box a bit😂 bro believe me you’re helping me get through this THANKS 🙏

Did 12 rounds yesterday and one problem people said he issue was that i just stood stationery to much gunna drill this a few times a week! Awesome training ideology here gunna rep this out thanks for the video!

***** Used this a few times just before training as a warm up i felt sharper during some light sparring rounds! Felt a little lighter under the feet nice ideology here! i'm confused as to what 7 n 8 mean bounce or neutral?

too confusing for me right now at, round 3, but ill add this to my pre heavy bag routine of yours, been cycling that in with my kettlebell routines and cardio!!! shit is fucking nice. great workout though so far, i can tell its gonna add hella to my routines in journey of getting back into fitness!!! ty!
