​@Croach193 a bit late, but 1) he wasnt selected as a hero, so he actually wouldnt had be teleported had he not lost his umbrella. Since its stated that everyone has at least a bit of an affinity for an element, means it was random. 2) the 2 healers before him didnt know/unable to self healing. Think of it like a red mage vs a black mage. Both can use thunder, but the black mage can use higher lvls and different versions of thunder (single and aoe instead of maybe just aoe or single for red). So while they can heal others, they might not have self healing capabilities like usato has.

​@@xinf3ctdxActually, it's not that he can use healing magic better then them. It's that he has the constitution and mental willpower to go through the training neither of them could accomplish. Rose's training isn't about the healing magic itself, it's about gaining the physical stamina and speed to be able to reach the injured on the battlefield, get them out of harms way, and then patch them up. So literally, while he was given healing magic, what he can do with it has nothing to do with what he was given, and everything to do with the training he was put through. It shaped him into who he became. This is an Isekai that doesn't give the MC OP abilities, it just gives him an ability and the rest is from the weeks of training he went through to get there.

Honestly, I was expecting something different: I did guess that he would do was going to be something along the lines of: I can't hurt you? well, let's see how you good you fare when I force your body into overdrive healing! Something like what Nia did to Malos in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 But this is still very damn smart writing to be honest in that aspect. Now I just wish he had received some wounds before figuring out the trick of beating her himself, at the very least to make the fight last a bit longer because damn those punches were AWESOME and I ended up wanting to see more.

No, not even close. It’s literally just his fist + healing magic. He heals you so you don’t actually take damage, but the massive concussion from the force of his punch is enough to knock out almost anything he punches, on top of the fact that the body still processes the pain from the punch.

Let's say it's the recovery damage/emotional damage, while he is not inflicting "physical" damage, the damage through his fist are still sent to her brain. So basically, even IF you can regen you still feel the pain, even if you are immortal you still feel the pain if you step on a lego stone, the injury may be gone but not the pain. So in a nutshell the pain was too much for her brain to handle, thus defeated.

It's pure torture without harm. Black Knight gets no physical harm, but she still feels the grunt of the punches. Because no physical damage ultimately takes place, she can't reflect them back.

Luckily, the armor itself was weak to healing magic and also couldn't reflect any damage it took from attacks coated in it.

The armor and weapon was part of the black knight magic, that reflects damage. But because the healing punch doesn't damage you (just hurts and knocks you out) the armor got unmade/broken

The armor is made of mana. When she is knock out or she runs off Mana, of course it’ll disappear. Her armor and reflect ability is related to her mindset so at her will. His fists were so powerfull that she had to process the pain and the shock and that disrupt the mana so for few seconds it disappear where she was hit before reappearing
